Bought this 2 weeks ago, had to return it the day after as the top handle was separating from the backpack, I'm on the fence about rebuying.
The ugg store did immediately refund me

Very disappointed the handle broke not even 2 weeks of using it. Now I have to bring it back to store and hope they can fix it. I have had many comments about the nappsack. And would like to encourage people to get it . But concerned if it falls apart on them also
