I ordered the diabetic option and wearing those boots for a 10 hour shift just about killed my hips and feet.

Ordered these boots. tracking said the package was delivered, I never received them.

I work 10 hours , standing and moving around the whole time. These boots were extremely heavy and weren’t flexible. By hour 2 I had blisters on both feet.

I know that usually you buy new shoes and have to break them in, but not only did I wear these for a week on the job, I had to Let my feet soak in Epsom salt to see if it'd even help. I have no arch in my feet at all and I usually wear my Fila boots which are similar in style to these for 12 hour shifts with no down time AKA no ability to sit down and my feet never hurt. after wearing these for just two it felt as if I'd broken a bone in my foot and yes maybe I could've invested in Dr.Scholls or some other shoe comfort brand but why should I. I'll be sticking with the similar work boots I have just to avoid the pain from now on. If something heavy drops on my toe at work, I'll cross that bridge when I get there but the toe guard is the only thing that made these shoes "valuable".

Was in alot of pain after wearing these boots not happy with this choice

Did not like. Too stiff could not walk properly. Felt like Frankenstein boots. Too heavy. No arch support flat hard footbed. Returned. Also felt like I was on stilts. Not recommended by me.

Did not like them too stiff. No support hurt foot and ankles. Dug into ankles made me walk weird. Need to return.

Size and fit are good but these shoes are very heavy. I am trying to figure out how to return them

Awful boots. Even though it says they were 12W, I literally couldn’t put my entire foot into them.

Worst shoes ever. Literally hurt every part of my foot. Not to mention dig into my ankle bones and cause them to bleed. Even tried wearing high socks.

The shoe is too heavy.

The shoes that I ordered was much bigger and heavier than I thought it was going to be. I returned the shoes and will make a new purchase.....

Ordered Men's 10 wide. Was sent Women's 10 wide (equivalent to Men's size 8). Returned using return code supplied by Zappos, via UPS. Return was received by Zappos on 7/3/20, yet Zappos still (as of 7/6/20) shows "Return in Progress" with instructions to print return label. This was my first order with Zappos. Very poor service. Will never use again.
