Very nice shoe. If you are a true N, then you will need a thicker dress stocking. It's a bit wide for a narrow.

The fit was great but my foot wobbled when I walked. I looked at the sole and found that it is designed in a wave pattern. It gripped the floor in a way that threw me off balance.

Arch could be better. I'll probably put in arch support. Versatile look.

These shoes are pretty good and decent on comfort, but not excellent. In fairness, I have sensitive feet! The style is pretty good.

I ordered a half size larger than I usually wear because my feet seem to have grown in the past year or two (strange for an adult, but that's life I guess). These have enough room for me to add a cushioned arch support insole, which I usually wear in many of my shoes, and/or to wear them with thick socks. I'm happy with the smart-looking style and the way they feel when I walk.

This shoe is a good, comfortable choice for when a flat shoe is needed. The styling is plain but the “v” cut on the side helps give the shoe a nice profile.

Even though the shoe style looked nice in the picture, I did not care for the look when I tried it on. I returned and ordered a Naturalizer ballet style shoe, which is more flattering on the foot and very comfortable.

Nude color pair fits differently! Got these in black and navy and they fit great, one of the greatest fitting shoes i've ever had, but just now got them in the nude color, and they feel much narrower. It's very strange, almost like it's a differently cut shoe. Even taking them out of the box i right away thought they looked narrower and kind of longer than i expected, and i even had the urge to check if i accidentally ordered a Narrow, but no, they are clearly marked medium on both the box and the shoe. Especially the right shoe is uncomfortable. The other two colors are not narrow or small in any way. Quite disappointed. Going to try another pair in this color. Maybe just the one pair is a black sheep.

Sizing is accurate, very soft footbed so would need minimal break-in time but surprisingly minimal arch support. Upper leather is soft and supple. Bought them in navy and will keep since need a comfortable pair of navy shoes for work (involves lots of standing/walking) but they're not very stylish. Borderline frumpy. Will keep but wouldn't buy another pair in a different color.

Too wide, not narrow enough

Even though the shoes were marked as narrow, they kept flopping off my heels. I loved the look of the shoes but could not wear them at all.

They look cute on the website, but not so much in real life. The toe is way too pointy for me and they look huge.

The front is much narrower than the heel. The quality seems plastic-y.

I was trying to replace an old pair of Clarks' "Juliet Palm," but apparently the style of it has changed slightly. I didn't realize it until they arrived. I was pleasantly surprised. The new styling with a "fabric" wrap to contrast with the leather looked smart and I was glad for an update to my basic black shoe. However, when I tried to put them on, I could not get my foot inserted AT ALL. I tried a both feet several times. I felt like a stepsister in Cinderella desperately trying on the glass slipper! That pretty fabric wrap accent came up higher on the vamp than on my previous pair. With my high arches, I could not get past this! When I held the shoe up against my foot, I could see the overall size was correct, but due to the vamp and my arch, I couldn't get my foot in. I'm disappointed because it's a pretty shoe for a basic black "go with anything" shoe. I'm going to have to return them, and now I know to look for a lower vamp in a slip-on shoe.

This is a very nice shoe, and I hate to send it back, but the toe box is a bit too narrow.

I have a moderately wide foot and the wide shoe in my size was too narrow. I REALLY wanted these shoes to work and ordered several sizes and a second box of the ones that came closest in case another pair in the same size (7) would fit better. Unfortunately they are all too narrow. A normal 'wide' fits me in most shoes.

These look nice, but I have a high instep and this cuts across the top of my foot leaving a deep indent after a couple hours of wearing them. I’m going to see if they stretch a bit.

I like the looks of the shoe and the leather is soft. The length seems fine but the width across the ball of the foot and toes is tight. I really appreciate the great customer service and the free exchanges/returns. However, I'm hesitant to order a wider model as I'm not sure it will fit either.

Too tight across instep

The toe box is extremely narrow and shallow! I ordered my regular Clarks shoe size but they really pinched my toes! I wish they had fit because the leather quality and style are very nice.

Shoes were too side and to large, not a narrow fit. They did look good though.
