I bought these flip flops to replace a pair purchased previously that I have loved but we're starting to look a little scruffy! Same size ordered as previously but this pair are smaller and not quite as comfortable. A bit disappointed really

Only been wearing them 2 weeks and the strip with the sparkly bits on coming off.

Bought weeks ago and returned tracked parcel and it was returned on 1st August. No communication or money refunded poor service.

They are not the same quality as old ones. Not as much cushioning hard toe posts uncomfortable. I returned them 2 weeks ago and am still waiting on refund??

I bought these as I have worn fit flops for years and loved them. These however were very shallow and therefore uncomfortable. Unlike previous products these seemed cheaper. I returned them but have yet to receive the money for them. I therefore contacted fitflop to see if they have received my return but alas no response.

Not as expected.Thought from photo they were the same thicker sole as previous fitflops purchased.

I bought this to replace my much loved identical pair from last year but sent them back. The old ones are made of soft foam the new ones of hard cheap plastic. The old size 4 fit perfectly and the new ones were shorter so too small. I have been buying fit flops for many years and was a big fan but sadly cannot any more.

i bought mine 2 months ago now. All of the diamontes have come off and the bar rubs the skin between your toes.

I bought these a month ago to wear around the house ( I already have a slipper version that are excellent). These are comfy but the quality is disappointing the gems started to come off within days and leave noticeable gaps also the left fit flop squeaks when I walk ? A real shame

Although I absolutely my new fitflops I've only had them less than 8 weeks and the diamant's have come off already which I think is quite poor and really affects the way they look.

I was so disappointed with these fit flops.But the straps rubbed the inside of both my feet and made them sore!!

I've had several pairs of these sparkly flip flops over the years & absolutely loved all of them.When the toe post broke on my black pair I went straight for my phone & ordered a replacement pair. They quickly arrived & looked the same but the straps are considerably smaller which means they feel really tight & I'm not confident the rubber will ever stretch. The original pair never needed any wearing in. Also comparing them to the broken pair the proportions of the heel section are slightly different too. This has sadly made me less confident about having another pair as they aren't cheap for a pair of flip flops.

I'm normally a size 6/39 in this brand but these Flip flops are way too small! Why when the trainers fit perfectly in my correct size! There should be consistency. Very frustrating and will have to send back. Considering going up 2 sizes as so small.

I have purchased these flip flops before and had been more than happy with them However the ones I have received this time are poorly constructed as the diamantes are misaligned and you can see the colour of the brown tape used to attach them.

These flip flops are so uncomfortable!! The post was rubbing on both feet and gave me blisters I took them holiday and couldn't wear them for more than an hour on the first day

Tried the size in the store to get it right and bought online as they didn't have in stock in the store. The straps won't ease and blisters have ruined my holiday. there is nothing wrong with the quality or style but didn't expect the same sandals to be so different

Worn these twice and the 2nd time of wearing the toe strap snapped

This is my 5 th pair of fit flops always order a 7 These arrived measured them against my other size 7 much smaller and narrower. Ordered size 8 bigger but still not as big as my original 7s. Not happy because I had to pay the postage to send them back.

I've had loads of fit flops including others of the same style - had them years so this must be just bad luck

Hi there bearing know mind that I only purchased them acouple of weeks ago they have broke on the left foot at the v point between my toe I would therefore ask for either a replacement or my money back
