They were too big so I returned them.

Just didn't fit my foot right - seemed well made, just wasn't for me.

These shoes don't live up to the hype, in my opinion. They look and feel cheap, the leather is hard and they're cut a little high so that the collar of the shoe digs in under the ankle bone. I bought them in white and thought they looked rather orthopedic, or like nurse's shoes. I think the black ones with the white sole would probably look better. The insoles seem to have good padding, but the right insole had something wrong with it - lumpy by the toe area. The insole on the left shoe was okay. Also, the sizing is off. I wear a U.S. size 10 M and an EU size 41. On FitFlop's website it says a U.S. size 10 is an EU size 42 - Not! They tell you how to measure your foot, which I did, and it equates to a size 9 on Fitflop's sizing chart, so that's what I ordered and it fit fine. A size 10 would have been way too big, and this size discrepancy is probably why so many people are finding the shoes to be too big. I returned them. Not impressed.

It looked comfortable but I didn’t even take it out of the box. Did not like the look.

Too big! I own four pairs of FitFlops and ordered my usual size, but these are going back. Size down!

I'm 76, and comfort is my priority. My regular size is 8M (Euro 39); athletic-type shoes 8.5 wide. Whichever category applies to this shoe, it is so narrow at midfoot that I can't insert my orthotics. Also, the back slips on my narrow heel. The look of the sole is a matter of taste; I don't care for it, but would have sacrificed look for comfort. Unfortunately, these have to go back.

This shoe is super cute, black with white soles! But the heel is too wide and my foot slips around way too much. I am sad that i had to return, but I think a size smaller would be too small in the toe box.

I loved these but the heel was not snug so I knew I'd end up with blisters, so I returned them. These aren't for skinny or small heeled folks.

The heel area for 10M was too wide and the shoe was returned.

I ordered these in the same size as my other Fitflop shoes but my heel slipped significantly in these. The heel was not as narrow as the other Fitflop styles I wear. That being said, there was plenty of room in the toe box. I also didn't think they looked as cute in person as they did online.

I'm an 8 1/2-9 and the 9s were too long. The 8 1/2 is right in length, but just much too wide for my foot, which is on the narrow side of medium, but not so narrow that I can wear a N in any other shoe. It has great padding and looks, but my foot just flops around inside no matter how tight I tie the laces. Boo.

When I bought this shoe, in the Platino color, I liked it so much that I ordered it in white and black. Unfortunately had to return the Platino pair as the finish began noticeably wearing off after 4 normal wearings. Other two pair are great!

Damaged my feet! While the look is perfect and the fit seems comfortable, the fact that there is NO FLEX in the sole means that the upper presses down on your foot, just in front of your arch, each time you step. In short order, both my feet were bruised and my metatarsals began to misalign, particularly in my right foot, which I broke a few years ago. I tried loosening the laces and wearing them for shorter periods of time, but now that the damage is done, even an hour of wear makes my feet hurt. The issue appears to be the thickness of the soles. I've worn "deck shoes" before without a problem, but these, which have "platform" soles, are terribly unforgiving.

I love fitflops and wear them almost exclusively all summer long. I needed a pair of athletic shoes and delighted to find these on Zappos. Regarding fit: I wear and 8.5 to 9. I bought the 8.5 and they were huge. Plenty of room in the toe, and my heel slipped out. Regarding style: There is none to speak of. They remind me of nurses shoes. Regardless, I’m going to order an 8 because I need a reliable athletic shoe. But oh how I wish these were more fashionable.

I like the leather and most everything about this plain white shoe. FOUR STARS, as it is comfortable, but I feel it needs more cushion to the inside. I wear a 9 1/2 and got a size 9 and still have plenty of room,especially in the front area. I also have this shoe in black, same size and it has a different feel to it.

Gaps on edges when I bend my foot. The shoes look nice and are generally comfortable, but they feel a little big. They rub and gape open around the opening.

Felt very wide and little arch support

This shoe fell flat. I love Fit Flops so I thought for sure I was going to love this shoe. I tried it on and it’s not comfortable - there is not enough padding in the foot bed or around the ankle, there is no padding at all. Although I bought my size and it fit the back of the shoe would not stop flopping. Sadly I returned them but will still wear fit flops, jusy not this style ever.

I read the reviews on this shoe. The quality of this shoe is very low. I do not this it’s worth the money.
