I like the sandal, however, the straps are too big. It doesn't snug down over my foot. Never had a sandal like this.

Love this. Soft and comfy right out of the box. I returned them only because the strap with the Velcro reached almost to the floor. I was worried that if the leather stretched at all I would not be able to tighten it further.

These sandals are very comfortable. I have ordered a dozen pairs to try on, these were the keepers. There is Velcro that allows you to adjust the top strap. I had to order a size up. I would call these brown, not Gray. I am very happy with this purchase!

Very pretty sandals, but neither the size 40 nor the size 41 fit my usual size 9 foot. 40 was too short, the 41 was too big. Sadly had to return.

My second pair of Lola sandals. I love them.

This is my second pair. I wore out my other pair in the last 10 months. They look better than the Birkenstock version and I think they are more comfortable. My only complaint after heavy wear time is that the Velcro started to give way on one shoe and the leather base lost its nub and became a bit slippery if I wasn’t on a flat surface. I bought my second pair, so I attribute my concerns to heavy use and less to product quality.
