I wear a solid 8M, bought a 9 because everyone says it runs small. Great arch support but bed still ran a little short. A 9 1/2 probably would have been perfect. Getting the larger size made the strap bigger which made flip flop way too floppy. Definitely feels like I'm walking on an orthotic so comfortable. Hate to have to send back.

Wore them all day first day on my finicky high arch feet. First flip-flops I could wear all day without walking out of them due to very high arch. Very comfortable and supportive. Exactly size 7. If you are at all over a 7 order up. Love the cushy feel and traction sole - good in Durango, CO.

I've found that Taos' sandals tend to run small - I don't like my heel to be right *at* the edge of the back of the sandal - so I went up a size and am satisfied with the length. I have a medium to narrow foot and note that this sandal does feel a bit wide. Because I live in sandals in the summer and have had a bout of plantar fascitis (I tend toward flat feet), I need the arch support so am keeping the sandals despite the width issue.

These sandals are very cute and I hoped I would be able to keep them. However they were smaller that I thought they would be and that put the arch in the wrong place. They are well made and the materials seemed to be substantial. Sorry I have to send them back.

I am not usually big on flip flops, but these are GREAT! They are comfortable with plenty of arch support. The footbed has a kind of fabric on it so that it is soft - not mushy but soft. The soles are way more substantial than other flip flops so that I feel like I have more on my feet than just a piece of rubber. I have to say that Taos shoes in general are one of the few shoes in which I find adequate arch support without having to add an orthotic. That makes me happy.

This is my first pair of Taos shoes. I'm a solid size 7 in almost every shoe I buy... except for these! I first bought them in a 7 but they were too small and tight. One size up did the trick.... a size 8 in these is just perfect. I really like how the shoe is raised a bit all around the edges... it cradles my foot and holds it in place nicely. i also love the blue color... it's like a faded denim that goes so nicely with jeans.

I have searched and cannot find a flip flop that fits. The footbed was too small, but the next size up was too long. I’m wondering if Taos has changed sizing. Everything seems to not fit. I’d give anything if Taos still made the “Day Tripper”!

Feels like I am walking on air when I wear these Taos sandals! True to size fit. I normally wear 8.5 to 9 and ordered a 9 in these. I love Taos sandals and sneakers, of which I have 6 pairs. Well worth the price, but being retired on a fixed income I contain my spending. They are long lasting shoes as well.

The shoes have great support and are very comfortable! Except - the straps rubbed the tops of my feet which was not comfortable.

Love this sandal. It hugs the top of my foot better than most flip flops which means my foot doesn’t slide around and doesn’t stress the ligaments. The footbed has great support as well.

After reading the other reviews I ordered one size larger than usual. They fit perfect. I wore them the first day and they were great. The arch was in the perfect spot and they were very comfortable!

This is my 3rd pair. These fit sooo good, can wear all day. Great support! Have the pink and blue, will get the gray today. I would recommend these to anyone that needs more support.

These were perfect. I liked them so well I ordered them in the mauve/pink. I would definitely order these again. Excellent support and very well made. Like the soft toe post. Zappos’s has excellent service, like the nest day delivery, better than competitors week wait.

This is a lovely sporty flip flop. I can be hard to fit, size 10 on left foot with a high instep due to arthritis from diving board injury and over pronated flat right foot which is 10.5. I got these in an 11 and straps are a little snug but soft and will probably stretch somewhat. Good support In arch. I also ordered the Spenco Yumi 2 snake, the Vionic women’s Aloe and the Vionic men’s Wave (unisex). Those 3 are going back. Appreciate Zappos return policy and their vast selection of styles!

I loved these flip flops. The color and style were perfect. The arch support and overall comfort was really good. Unfortunately, I normally wear a narrow width, but some medium width shoes work for me. These didn't =(. Wish there were more narrow width sandals!

Fabulous construction, style, color (mauve) and so comfortable. These 36s are a true 5.5 though. Very bouncy, can be worn with anything, I'll be wearing these all summer.

Loved this shoe! Solid, comfortable and well-made. Unfortunately, my feet are slightly too wide and in a flip-flop that doesn’t work. Back they go.

Love love love these shoes. I live in flip flops during the summer, but ever since I developed severe plantar fasciitis last fall I end up in terrible pain after wearing my regular pairs. These have a great insole and arch support. They do run small (I wear an 8 in my other Taos shoes and the 9 in these fits perfectly) and they do run a little wide; this summer when I experience the typical hot foot summer swelling this bit of extra width is going to feel wonderful. Also, the sueded footbed feels great.

These shoes have great arch support! They seem to run a little short in the length. I returned these b/c the straps were not snug enough on my narrow feet. These also seemed to run a little short. Size 7...I had perhaps 1/8 inch on front and back end to spare, so length was not the return issue.

I live this sandal I only wish it was half a size larger. I ordered a six which is my normal size but it just feels slightly short so I ordered the. 7 and the bands feel too big. I wish they came in half sizes. I don’t understand why Taos and Vionic don’t offer half sizes. I’m sorry to have to return them because they are cute. For reference I have high arches and instep

i normally wear a 9 in flip flop type shoes, i had to send the first pair back and ordered a 10 and they fit perfect . very high arch support which i need. happy with this shoe now that i have some that fit.

I really wanted these to work! I tried 2 pairs each size 8 and 9...the 8 felt great out of the box but just too short in the footbed after a few minutes...the 9 had an adequate footbed but the straps were so loose that I couldn't stay in the shoe. Lovely feel, lovely support, not a fit for me, a standard 8 on the narrow side. Thanks, Zappos, for letting me try!
