I purchased two pairs of these socks. I guess I should have read the description a little closer, because I was expecting compression socks like it says in the title. These are great knee socks, but I don't believe they are COMPRESSION socks at all. They're attractive and warm and comfy, but don't believe they'll do anything at all for swelling in the ankles. I'll keep them, but won't be buying any more.

I work in a grocery store with a concrete floor. 7 1/2 to 8 hours, five days a week. My feet and ankles were constantly in pain. I've had it all, inflamed achilles tendons, plantar fasciitis, twisted ankles, charley horses, you name it. I got my first pair of these socks this week on my day off and tried them out. Felt great. Wore them to work for the first time yesterday. And for the first time, I went home without my feet and ankles hurting. I'm buying more today!

Soooooooo very close to perfection. The only thing that would’ve made these perfect was if they were a bit longer so they fully covered my calf. Thick and pillow soft under your foot, like a comforter and two thinner, equally soft weaves at the top. Pics show the different weaves used to make this sock so awesome.

These were great socks to wear while walking miles and miles in NYC. Loved the arch support and the fact that they stay up! Will be buying more pairs.

It feels good is just the toe parts are lil bit uncomfortable

Will be ordering more! These compression socks are VERY comfortable & well made! I intend to wear them on a 12 hour flight to Istanbul, from Houston. Must add that I hope these socks will last as long as another beloved pair of Thorlo socks which I ordered possibly 20-25 years ago have! That pair over-the-calf, soft & comfy pair of socks has become rather symbolic for whenever a wonderfully COLD Winter day calls for simply staying home and comfortably lounging away the entire day! I have other pairs of Thorlos…but remain sentimental about my very first pair. Excellent brand!

I walk on hard concrete in a warehouse for 10 hours a day, and my feet used to be pretty sore at the end of the day, even with good, well padded aftermarket insoles. When I wear these, my feet feel just fine at the end of the day. I loved them so much, I went back and bought a couple more pairs so I could be pain-free every day of the week.

They are thicker on ankle so it helps with the shoes I got and also clod doesn’t blow on ankles that’s my favorite thing
