perfect right out of the box. Work great with my custom orthotics, very stiff sole and solid for hiking, that is just what I was looking for.

These feel like a serious hiking shoe. They're sturdy and a little heavier than I like but they offer good arch support and work great on rocky trails.

The Oboz Sawtooth II Low provides so much support that you feel like your feet are being hugged and protected. I would give it a 5 rating if they also made it in a Wide. Although it's not too tight for my somewhat wide feet, I can wear it very comfortably, but I would be happier with a tad more room in the toe box. I typically wear a 9 but go a half size up with this brand to make up for the lack of width. This is my 2nd pair, wore out the old ones and was happy to find that the new ones are even better than the old, a rarity these days. Come out with some wide options and they'll be perfect hiking shoes!

I never actually hiked in them but they seemed pretty comfortable when I put them on. They seemed true to size. Unfortunately, they just felt too clunky.

We received one size 10 shoe, and the other shoe was a size 10.5 for some reason. Returning to get the correct size of 10 which we ordered.

I wanted to love these shoes but they just didn't fit correctly. Purchased them for walking shoes because I need a stiff bottom. These shoes hurt the balls of my feet. After a few steps, they just simply burned. Have never had this sort of issue with a shoe. Unfortunately, I need to return the.

The fit was true and comfortable, stability is fantastic. However, after only 4 hikes the sole is separating from the shoe at the toe. Is it even possible to get a hiker that does not eventually separate?? I loved these shoes until the separation began. Will try to return.

Much too narrow and a half size too short. Purchased a regular width (which I always buy) and then exchanged for a wide thinking it would provide a bit more length and width. It was still too narrow/snug. Toe box is tight. The style is stellar, but that is meaningless if the shoe doesn’t fit! If you tend to have extremely slender or narrow feet, this shoe might be perfect for you. Order a half size larger than your usual shoe size, though.

This review is not about Oboz brand. I tis about Zappos. Although Zappos asks for items not to be worn to be eligible for return, the item we received was already worn showing signs of dirt and scratches.. with no tagging.. So it means that Zappos actually doesn't perform a check to make sure the items they are selling are worn or not...

Can't wear these shoes for walking, they destroy my feet. Even after 1 mile, they hurt. I have high arches and bought these based on reviews. Have since been told by other marathon walkers that they are at the bottom of the list for comfort. Will try to return or exchange.

I loved the fit and size. However, for my feet there was an uncomfortable bump in each shoe under between my mid foot and toes. The arch and heel was great. The problem was the insert shape under the toes. It caused fatigue in my feet within an hour of wearing the otherwise perfect hiking shoe.
