Shoe in my normal size is difficult to put on because cannot insert my foot into the shoe far enough because of the laces set back from the toe (i.e., poor design), so the heel of my foot crushes the heel of the shoe trying to insert my foot into the shoe. A shoe-horn might solve the problem but with size 9 feet I shouldn’t have to do that with a size 9 shoe.

The major issue was the low finishing quality. The left foot was different from the right shoe, it was attached to the bottom sole in a different way, off centered. Weird. There was also some glue residues around the seam. It’s been returned.

The picture was deceiving I thought they weren't tied up lace ... I returned them if they were not tie up I would of bought different colors because I love the look..

These are nice looking and the size is good but up by the toe you can actually feel some rubber maybe below the material and it rubs on my husbands toe. Maybe if he wore them enough it would break in but why take that chance. Unfortunate. Bringing back.

The shoes arrived quickly and look great, no complaints there. But I wore them for half a day, walking about a quarter mile total in them and both of heels had blisters when I took the shoes off. Nothing like my other pair of sketchers.

Received someones old shoes. There were grass stains, sole is worn through the white paint, fabric worn bare in areas, and laces double knotted to fit someone else. The box was not even for Sketchers. I've read stories of this happening to other on Zappos. Now that it has happened to me, I will not order from them again. When I pay for new, I want new.

These shoes were not made to last.
After 3 months the soles were faded.
After 5 months the stitching is coming apart
It’s unfortunate because the shoe itself is actually very comfortable.

Had to return them. Photo online showed them to be slip on......unfortunately they had laces.

I have always ordered an 81/2 medium. These shoes say 81/2, but they are a full size too large. Cannot wear them.

I wear a size 7 and the shoes were labeled a size 7. However, they were like clown shoes. I believe they were mismarked and were probably at least an 8 1/2.
