I put the shoes on immediately after receiving them. I had no fit issues, except removing the cardboard shape protectors and figuring out the lacing. My orthotic inserts for flat feet fit snugly.

Didn't need to order a size down with the wide. Normally a 12 W, ordered an 11W and it's pretty narrow. If you're ordering in wide get your regular size. The ladies love them (at least my 80 year old aunt, anyway - she thought they looked dapper).

Classic dress styling meets sporty comfort indeed!! I purchased these Shoes from a well known retailer a month ago. My size 10s and I are sooooo impressed with the comfort and I love the plain toe style more than the wing tip version. I find myself wearing them to my Banking job since I'm on my feet half the time. I wear them sometimes on the weekend with my denim jeans. I can see why a growing number of guys are wearing them with their suits or casual wear. After 8 hours of wearing them I don't feel the need to kick them off because they're super comfy. I wish they came in black with the white soles. I would snatch them up if they did! I'm a Rockport man for life!
