I can only wear wide shoes, and I'm in my 20's, and this makes shoe shopping difficult. These fit the second I put them on. Reviewers on other sites said they were a full size too big, but I ordered my regular size, 8 wide, and it's perfect. The shoe is roomy, but that's a feeling I never feel when I put on new shoes, usually they pinch somewhere. I'm so ecstatic. At 50% off they were still a lot more than I usually pay for shoes, and I can't speak to their longevity since I just received them, but I feel that they were worth every penny. So stylish, and they don't look like "wide" shoes, because the toe box is long and has height to it, which creates a lovely optical illusion. Easy to put on, easy to get off too. A years-long search for the perfect chelsea-style black boot for my short, wide feet has finally ended :))))) I tend to wear thick stockings and socks in the fall and winter so I'm not concerned about the roominess of the shoe, I'm happy about it. I guess that depends on what you normally wear, if you wear thin socks, maybe order a half size down.

it took four pairs of these boots to find the correct size. i always seem to have to go a size larger in stuart weitzman shoes and did not listen to the other reviews claiming to go up a size. silly of me not to listen. many thanks to zappos with the free shipping and returns...i have found two pairs of these boots and feel fabulous wearing them!

I absolutely loved these boots. They looked like the PERFECT python boot for me. I first ordered my size, 9 1/2, and could not get the boot on. I then ordered a 10 and had major trouble getting the boot on. After a lot of work, I did get one boot on but it was huge. I wish they had a zipper. I had to return those as well. I can't imagine anyone getting the boot on so easily.

I have these in the black suede and it fits my wide width foot perfectly. The reptile skin seemed to be too narrow for me.

These boots are beautiful! After reading the reviews I purchased a 1/2 size smaller (I'm usually an 8 in SW but ordered a 7 1/2) & the fit perfectly. I can seeing wearing these with many different outfits. Thanks to Zappos they we also an exceptional value.

i'll never pass up a stuart w boot! i ordered this thru NM on a great sale, but it's just too big. my ideal size is a 10.5 or 11N. they will go back - just too big. wide at ankle, wide at heal, wide and a bit long at the toe. so sad. had to go back.

These just looked way too big on my feet with the shape of the toe.

I have a high instep and should of known. Could not get these on my feet, but usually Stuart Weitzman run true to size.

Very Comfortable! Took them to Europe and walked ~ 7 miles a day.

These boots are gorgeous but ran a little long. I also worried that the front leather part of this boot will look worn right away from being tugged at when pulling this style on. The back stretchy part makes the boot feel comfortable once on! Not sure about this design or how the front will hold up over time, so I will forgo trying a smaller size.

These boots fit perfectly right out of the box. Slight bit of a struggle to get them on, but I'm counting on that getting easier as I wear them. Highly recommend!
