The shoe fits my dad and he likes them. But they came scuffed up. He didn't care but to me they should not have arrived that way. I would have returned them if it was up to me.

Not as comfortable as I remember. Other brands are much more comfortable and less expensive.

I seem to recall that my first pair, bought several years ago, had a natural material lining. The new model is not as comfortable but not worth the hassle of returning.

I have purchased these for a family member as a Christmas present several times. With the last purchase I was supposed to receive a care kit as a gift with purchase that they never sent. I was replacing his last pair that ended up with mold growing in them that he wasn't happy about. There isn't a place to attach a picture or I would show you.

I bought a pair of these slippers years ago. They were super comfy and served me well. It was time to replace them with a new pair. I ordered the same size (the tag was still visible in the old pair) and they felt a little snug when they arrived, but I thought I just needed to break them in a bit. I wore them for a week; they have not broken in and are still snug enough to be distracting and uncomfortable. They feel about 1/2 size too small. I compared them to my old slippers and they seem smaller in length.
My shoe size is 10.5 - 11 and these were size 12.
Overall, I think these are quality slippers that are comfortable and last a long time, but the sizing is off.

The suggested sizing is not accurate, stick with what you know is your size.

These shoes are warm and cozy, however the sole does not have much cushioning. It's very thin so your feet can hurt on the bottom the more you walk around, especially if you have hard wood floors or no carpet. If you have carpet this may be less of an issue. The shoe is durable and well made however they look bulky on feet. There is almost no wear after a year of ownership yet the bottom of my feet can't take the thin insole any more. I normally wear 9.5 and bought a 10 to fit properly. I'm looking to replace them with something with more cushion.

I've seen a few comments saying the chestnut is darker than before; I had the opposite issue so I think their supplier is just bad now. I've had a pair since 2014, back when they were called Ugg Australia. That pair was a beautiful light chestnut/cedar color and still looks decent after a decade of wear. Tried two different new pairs and both weren't even close to chestnut. They're essentially khaki/tan. I haven't worn them but I can already tell they are slightly lower quality. Idk seems Ugg is letting their quality assurance go downhill. They are still decently nice shoes but definitely not as good as before.

I love the look of them and I ordered them the same size. I ordered all my other UGG products, but these seem to fit much tighter. I've just been too busy to send them back.

I returned these. Snug and comfortable I suppose. But one shoe was way to tight around the foot that I cut circulation off. Other shoe fine. So either my feet are different sizes or shoes not made right or not QA'd right. Sucks because I thought these were going to be the slippers for me. Now I will never even look at this brand in the future.

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR OUTDOOR USE. You would think that an outdoor UGG slipper would have a water protective outside sole, except it appears as though half of it is missing. I'm so confused why UGG would called this an outdoor shoe when clearly it is not. My last pair of Ugg's had a Sturdy design with a water protective sole design. Maybe there is a reason why they design their shoe like this but I have no idea what the reason is.

I own Clarks, Old Friend, Minnetonka slippers.
They all fit slightly different - UGGS are the most snug and the most narrow of these.
I'm hopeful I can get these shoes to loosen up so I can wear them !!
I wear a size 12 D shoe -

They are really nice, but I am only giving them a 3 star since they seem to run smaller than a few years ago. I bought these slippers as a gift for my dad to replace the pair I bought him a few years ago. He usually wears a 12, but these did not fit at all - he said they were way too snug. I will have to exchange for a size up.

I ordered a tan slipper. This is more like dark chocolate, but oh well.

I am disappointed in the description of these shoes. I have ordered twice and both pairs arrived with Ugg Plush lining 80% wool/20% lyocell, despite the description stating 100% wool sheepskin for the lining and soles. The slippers are sloppy in the heel and with less padding than my previous pair of Ugg Leather Drivers that came with two insoles, one leather, and one wool for warmth. I had those original ones for over 7 yrs and they blew out this year after a major surgery required almost full weight baring on one leg for months. These alternatives would never be comfortable enough to survive another recovery even if brand new.

I'm a big fan of the Ascot slippers and thought I would trade in my suede for leather.
These are comfy, but my foot kept slipping out of the slipper and chaffing my heel. Ended up returning them and going back to the tried and true.

This slipper feels more like a shoe. The leather is thick and not very supple, so not so good as a slipper. These are made for bear feet, thought they run large. If you wear socks, the sock lint gets tangled into the shearling wool, which makes the shearling look dirty. I bought a pair of more supple shearling slippers, for $40 less, and those are my daily slippers. These Uggs are my back-up slippers now.

Bought these for my dad as a gift he cudnt wear them because the furry softness inside was really thick and reduced the shoe by a full size. They really shud either forwarn buyers or adjust the sizes accordingly. Well made and a nice shoe but had to go with another brand because he didnt want to wait on backorders.returned.

I think they aren't as cushy as they use to be the inside fur wool whatever you want to call it does not have the same resistance it use to have so my foot moves around a lot more inside the slipper they feel bigger than use to. Looser. No bueno. Nfg. They are tolerable but not something I gotta have anymore. Looking for that cushy slipper again I guess. This product several years ago was 5 stars. It's going down.
