My Brother couldn’t wait to get these and put them on right away. These are his favorite sandals.

I originally ordered a size 10. They were too big. The exchange process quick and easy as I had a pair of 9's within 48 hours.

Size 8 works for 8 and 8 1/2. Very comfortable, soft leather, overall excellent craftsmanship.

Truly beautiful, well made, and sized perfectly.

We were looking for 8.5 medium in a closed toe men's sandal. The size 8 was a perfect fit! Very comfortable, good arch support.

Upon arrival of my purchase, try-on and 1st-wear, I didn't think the size I ordered would work for me--I ordered .50 size bigger than my everyday shoe size, i.e., 8.5--but, the size 9 ordered is the perfect fit and comfort I expected from this leather crafted sandal. I am pleased with the sandal's craftsmanship and my purchase; oh, by the way, I bought both black and brown pairs.

I compared this sandal to others I have tried on and purchased in the past, and the craftsmanship of the Born Cabot III is outstanding. They look great, and are comfortable both with and without sox. I noticed immediately that the Medium width is wider than I expect ( I normally wear medium width shoes and sandals), and I hope i don't experience loss of side support. I plan to use these sandals for extensive walking on upcoming trips over uneven terrain. I plan to experiment with low cut hiking sox to take up some of the space. The width issue aside, these are great sandals and I look forward to using them for a long time.

Just too heavy for a sandal and too much heel at 1 1/2".

Liked it, but it had a problem where I walked and something inside it would separate from something else in there, and make a sound. Would have kept these otherwise.

Fits just perfect

the fit was very good. The finish on the inside left something to be desired. The seams pinched the toes.

I have arthritic feet and I need arch support. The inner sole is exceptionally soft and there is enough support that I don’t need my orthotics. Firm sole gives me stability.

The Born is a heavier sandal than what I'm used to but the strap held the shoe firmly. Zappos earned very satisfactory marks for exchanging size 43 for the 44 that I had initially ordered; maybe someday I will be able to look up my size without having to use a cross reference chart.

Very nice looking sandal. For me the size was to tight no back strap which might have helped strap is on left and right side across top of foot.

liked the fit and the style, but this one had a similar problem to the previous shoe I'd ordered (and returned, of the same size and style).. when I walked, something inside the heel was separating with a noise. I tried a size 8 and that didn't make the noise, but was too small so had to send it back too. So, I'm giving up on Zappos for this shoe and going direct to Born to see if theirs will be ok.

Fit okay. Felt a bit snug, but not too bad, but I am used to swimming in my Birks, so I didn't care for the tightness. Foot bed somewhat stiff, not necessarily a bad thing. Just didn't feel comfortable. No real support

I think these shoes are very well made, but because I'm a stroke victim having limited strength to get around, the shoe was too heavy for me!

Comfortable but I needed 8.5. 9 was too big, noticeable weight also. I had another Born shoe in 8 and they were too small. Like the look, quality and comfort. I would have kept 8.5. Returned.

ELASTIC CORD will break. This is a great sandal, I am now on my third pair. Unfortunately, they only go so far and then the elastic cord that holds the top part of shoe together will break.
