I've been skeptical of Skechers, associating the brand with low quality products. For most of my casual wear shoes, i.e., sneakers, I've always favored New Balance sneakers, which have worked out well for the most part. Because of bunion issues, I need to wear shoes, instead of house-type slippers, around the house. When I grew tired of retying shoe laces, I looked for an option, and Skechers Go Walk Evolution Ultra slip ons appeared to be the only option in 4E. I tried a pair and, to my amazement, it fit perfectly. When I tried walking in it, I felt I was walking on my own pillows! The mesh uppers - instead of suede or leather - undoubtedly contribute to its comfort, Can't say how long they'll last but think they're worth a try. Think you might agree.

This is a second pair for me. I needed a dressier looking shoe of this type since I am recovering from DVT's and my feet tend to still swell a little as the day goes on. The fit is perfect and walking is very comfortable. Like others here I have difficulty finding wide shoes that fit well. These are perfect in all regards!

This shoe is comfortable and ready to wear all day; absolutely no break in needed! Plush ride but supportive. Was worried it would slip on my heel since it doesn't tie. Not an issue at all, stays snug but not too tight. Wear them to trail walk on gravel; super comfortable! Also walk a lot on asphalt with no issues. Multi purpose for sure. Ordered 3 pair in case they decide to "new and improve" them like a lot of companies do, and they end up being worse! Fits true to size.

These shoes were totally and immediately comfortable, and they work perfectly for all the situations I bought them for.

This was the 5th shoe I ordered for my husband. Thank you Zappos for grace and patience. He LOVES them. They are comfortable- no small feat. The style is better than most that he can tolerate. Overall very happy with the shoe and with Zappos

Great shoes. Comfy even when on all day!

I’m a big old guy who has been trying to find a shoe that is really comfortable not matter the price. I’ve always liked Sketchers designs, but could not buy any as they never offered an extra wide before now. I love these shoes! Slip in and off easily and are very comfortable to wear. They weigh nothing and only have a moderate arch support, but they’re great on my old feet and you can’t beat the price.

Best shoe for outdoors, walking, camping and general walking. My size fit like a glove BUT I don't wear socks. Barefoot is perfect in my size. If you wear socks, think about a little wider shoe.

Bought these for my husband. He is 65 and wanted a slip on shoe. He has a very large wide foot. These shoes made him smile. He said they are the most comfortable shoe he has ever worn. They are light weight and easy on and off. They even look nice for a man with such big feet. I attempted to order another pair and they were sold out in his size. I am hoping they were not discontinued! I'll keep checking back. Thank You Sketchers for making a comfy shoe for bigger men.

These shoes are great for people with bunions. I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. These are both comfortable and are easy on your feet with the mesh upper.

I've been waiting on these to come back in stock and jumped on them when they did. Needed some summer casual shoes and they're just what I wanted. I love my Zappo's!!!

Fit and comfort are always a concern when buying shoes online, but I trusted the previous high scores given by previous reviewers and was rewarded with my own 5 star walking shoes at a great price! I am a true 9 1/2, D, but ordered these Sketchers in a 10 D because I wanted a casual shoe that would slip on easily and still provide an overall snug fit for the intended purpose of walking all day in comfort. At 70 years old, I don't want a shoe that fits loose on the foot and these fit the bill. The soles are beyond perfect, the arch support is just right and "snug fit" I referred to isn't tight or pinching in any way, just comfortable. I can walk on cobblestones with full confidence in each step. I'm just waiting for more colors...
