I almost sent them back. I still wish I had. First off let me say that I am truly dissapointed with Skechers customer service and I do not ever plan to order another shoe from them. I ordered my shoes reluctantly online because I like to try them on but I have been wearing skechers gowalks for years and always wear the same size. So I took a change and regret it. My shoes came after a weeks wait one shoe was stretched out making it feel slightly bigger than the other. It almost appeared that one was a wide. They both fit but just felt ackward at first. I attempted to get ahold of customer service and speak to someone about my dissapointment but the only thing I got was an auto genertated email and waiting on hold for 30 minutes each time I tried to call. Never ever ever ordering from skechers. com again.
