I was so excited to get this backpack, but sadly the outside of it started cracking within a week or two of using it. All we did was carry it to and from the NICU each day to bring milk and a couple onesies to our little preemie. Didn't overfill it or over use it

I was looking for a good quality, comfortable bag that my husband would also like carrying. After doing research I decided on petunia pickle bottom. This bag seemed to hit all the marks so I added it to my registry. When I got the bag I was super disappointed in the quality of the straps in particular. You answered a question on the product page saying the straps are padded and they are absolutely not. Just standard nylon type straps. No padding whatsoever. I probably would not have chosen this if I knew. Really disappointed to see you're falsely advertising this bag with padded straps. Maybe I got an old version? But either way the product page is the same and it was deceived as having padded straps. Also after using for only 4 month, the straps are starting to fray. I get compliments on this bag all the time but feel a little guilty recommending it because of these issues.

I originally bought this bag back in January 2023 but didn't use it until July 2023 when my baby was born. The bag's "fabric" itself is very heavy. The storage capacity is minimal. Once you've added things you would normal keep in a diaper bag (diapers, wipes, change of clothes, etc) there is hardly any room left inside the bag. I constantly felt like I was searching in the bag due to the lack of space. To make it worse, within a week of using the bag, it started to crack in several places. For the price of these bags, I expected better.

Very bulky , cheap like material seems like disposable plastic the color does not match the image online . Very disappointed

I purchased several bags to compare the designs and this was my least favorite of all of them. A very strange and awkward design.

This bag is beautiful, roomy and comfortable. The problem is that if anything leeks inside the lining will stain the exterior. If you wash it, it ends up looking like printed muslin rather than its original color. Tried three different dry cleaners no one would touch it. I tried washing by hand, soaking it, washing it in washer, just turns out disappointing. It is a shame that this wonderful designer did not produce a quality item that can be cleaned.

I really wanted to love this bag. The print is just gorgeous, but it has several design decisions that are really questionable. 1. The outside bottle pockets are on the other side of the material from the interior bottle pockets. I could not use both sides at once, so the max bottles I could carry is 2. (Elastic on the outside pockets would have fixed it.) I use Avent bottles in case that helps someone. Maybe the thin Dr. Brown ones would work? But Mam and Avent would not. 2. The pockets for diapers in the front only fit about 5 diapers if you keep the wipes box in there. I was so excited to use this at Disney, but 5 diapers and 2 bottles won't do much. I was so disappointed.

I love the functionality of this bag. However, the material is not easy to maintain like I believed it would be. The outer plastic-like material is great! BUT coffee has been spilled inside my bag and seeped through to that outer layer and now there's a brown stain that's visible that won't come off no matter what I've tried. I'm so bummed. The whole reason I wanted this brand was because I heard it was long lasting and durable.

I loved this bag when I bought it. I been having it for 9 months and now it's so ugly :sob: the material got ruined really bad and I can never get Jean stains or water stain removed it was totally not worth my money I'm so disappointed on the material.

I loved it at first until the outside was stained by a new shirt I had worn. It is also very top heavy so when I put it on my shoulders to wear as a back pack, the contents fall out (if unzipped). If it was longer maybe this problem wouldn't happen but I would not purchase again. The staining on it is what I'm really bothered with. I tried everything to get it out that petunia pickle bottom recommended with no luck. I wish I didn't waste my money. I'll sadly have to waste more money on my next child to replace this bag.

I love the overall design and comfort of the bag itself but that quality is AWFUL. I only carried this bag for 2 months before the fabric begin to literally chip away. It's a gorgeous pattern but awful awful quality.

I purchased the black with faux suede, and the magnets are visible and creased. Product is very cheap and not as big as anticipated. Not worth the price, find a different bag!

Purchased this bag because of my love for Disney and reliable bags but so sad because it got dirty and I cannot clean it enough to get rid of the stains. So sad!

Roomy Diaper bag with nice Mickey Print and comfortable straps but material didn't last. It t started getting brown straps on the back portion of the backpack( the area that would be on my back) and the bottom portion where it sits. Eventually it started getting yellow spots in other areas. I tried to spot clean it in an attempt to salvage it but it didn't work. I ended up tossing it in the trash since it was no longer presentable. It was sad to let go bc of the price and I truly loved the print and the overall design.

I was so excited to get my boxy back pack, I had looked at it for months , I was hesitant because of the price. After only having it a few months my bag turned yellow. People were constantly giving me the " looks like its time for a new bag" comment. Super disappointed as I had to retire it way before I should have.

I am not one to post bad about a company but let me tell you, NEVER purchase a Petunia Picklebottom Diaper bag. Yesterday we got stuck in tons of rain while in Disney Springs. The diaper bag barely got wet as it was covered by my umbrella, I wiped off the few drops of water that did get on it and let it dry out overnight. When I went to use it today I saw this HUGE stain. There is nothing in the bag that can leak, so this huge stain was caused by a little bit of rain. I called the company today about the stain and they told me email them and send pictures and a proof of purchase. Not only do they recognize that their bags do stain, they have no way to fix it! And they refused to send me a new bag, only offering to give me 50% off another one. For spending over $200 for a diaper bag (that I have used for less than 3 months) I would expect that the quality of the product would last through a few drops of rain and that the company selling a diaper bag for such an astronomically high price would stand by their product. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

I just got this bag as a gift and there's brown spots everywhere. They won't come off no matter what I've used. I reached out to customer service and they won't replace it unless I give them bank info from the relative that purchased it. So now I'm stuck with a thrashed bag that just sits there worst 200 spent already let my sister and sister in law and friends know not to buy one to save them the headache and money

Not at ALL wipeable. Super cute bag, love the style, haven't had it for long and of course, it gets dirty. tried to scrub it off with a brush but the grainy texture of the material holds tight to the dirt in the low spots. Major bummer for such a pricey bag.

The two outer pockets are not waterproof. Water was spilled in the pockets and now I have BIG yellow stains and can't do anything about it because is the outside lining that works great but not if you try to get the yellow stains out.

I got this bag for very expensive price. I thought Can use it for couple years. But after less than a year it turned black and even when I washed it with clorox it did not get clean

We bought this bag (Breakfast in Berkshire model) because my wife loved its design and appearance. Although it was expensive, I thought it worths to pay more and use it for years. The bag looks durable but the plastic material used for Breakfast in Berkshire model is really bad. It turned black and dirty in few weeks. We used different cleaning material/spray/ liquid to clean it, but nothing changed.

They say it takes 2 days for the package to get to your house. I did the order on Sunday and my package came on Thursday.

I was obsessed with this bag for months and was super happy to receive it as a gift. Unfortunately after having carried it for 4 weeks, I'm selling it because it's super bulky and heavy. I don't even load it with many items, but the size and weight without anything in it just make carrying it a hassle. My back even began to hurt! Too bad, because the print is very lovely
