The bag is falling apart after one trip. Very poor quality compared to my last travel pro.

The bag quality is great. I wish I could have kept it. But what are you thinking with the dimensions??? They exceed the standard for checked bags for almost every airline! WHY did this bag need to be so freaking large? You used to have an older model that was a more reasonable size. Bring it back please!

I was so excited for the size and color of this suitcase, but I have to say I'm really disappointed. Just took it on one international flight. The bag is completely marked up with black streaks, and one outside zipper is already broken. I have to say I thought Samsonite was better quality and I'm not going to buy any more of your products after this experience.

Although I loved the suitcase itself, I had to return it because of the terrible odor it had. I was very disappointed.

I have an older suitcase, same model. Your new model is slightly smaller, most of the good pockets have been eliminated, and my zipper broke the FIRST time I used it.

Terrible product. It has a weird smell. I'd be afraid to put clothes in it as they would pick up the odor. I left it outside during the day for 5 days straight in sun and it still smelled just as badly. Did not dissipate. Returning and glad that Travelpro takes back and refunds within 100 days. Very disappointed.

This bag is great, except the dimensions 31 x 21 x 13 equal 65" which is considered oversized by airlines.

We used this on our first international trip in 3 years. On the second travel day after going on a train and down a cobbled street the handle stopped working properly. It catches and doesn't move up and down when you press the button and pull or push. It also started to sag on one side. This was only day 4 of a 3 week trip. We were really disappointed as this is not the quality we have experienced with our original Travelpro suitcase.

The first two travel pro bags were damaged by the airlines. The frames were bent so badly that I couldn't put the handle down on one and the other wheels wouldn't move. I replaced them and the first time I used them they were damaged. I feel like I'm buying disposable luggage! I like the weight but they aren't sturdy enough.

Wheels are ready to break after first use! And the bag wasn't even 50lbs as per airline standard!

Got all twisted up after 1 use

The color name and site image is deceiving. The actual color of champagne is gray.

I had this bag for less than 30 days. Used once for a car trip and worked fine and loved how lightweight it was. Second trip, I packed it with 50 pounds on a short direct flight, and when I got it from baggage claim, one of the wheels was busted and it would not roll.

Item received with scuffs and creases on the outside of the suitcase. Also had many loose threads hanging from various parts. Very disappointed, not sure how that could make it past quality control. Customer service was very helpful in allowing a return, but I didn't purchase the item in order to return it.

Box was labeled correctly but inside was not what I ordered

I needed a tall suitcase to fit something specific, this one had one of the most interior volume and is super light weight at a cost to strength. The cost is the bag even half loaded becomes super unsupported of its contents, The bag bulges and bends at the back frame. It can not support the forty pounds inside, this bag should hold much more as it is only 2/3rds full. I am afraid to take it on the plane and maybe returning in the am and repacking right before my flight.

I would easily have given it 5 stars. But since you can not fly with it, it makes it very impractical. Otherwise I do love travelpro and their luggage. Just wish there was something to protect the pretty colors from getting so dirty.
