Only wish the side handle ran parallel instead of perpendicular. It would be a little easier to carry through narrow aisles

The size is perfect for a Carry-on and the wheels are smooth and high quality. It's all I took to a weekend in Seattle for a wedding and was able to fit our wedding outfits (dress, shoes, clutch, mens dress shoes and mens suit) plus accessories. It also fit my city/casual clothes and toiletries and two jackets. I couldn't believe it. I will be taking this with me everywhere. I absolutely love it!!

This carry-on luggage was exactly what I wanted it to be. It fits perfectly within the size restrictions of most US airlines, and the quality is excellent for the price. It feels like it will hold up for a long time, none of the materials or stitching seems flimsy, and the wheels are excellent.

Noticeably lighter than other carry on of same size. Amazed at what I can fit in. I'm not a light packer but was amazed at what I could fit in for a week. Outside pockets great as well.

Perfect size. Holds enough for a week easily. Nice carry-on.

Used this carry on within days of receiving it. Love the size and the fact that it is so lightweight. Plenty of room for two or three days of clothing and accessories. Great quality for the price

I packed for a 10 day casual Maui vacation using this 21" carry on and the personal tote bag. This was my first time packing light. I used packing cubes also. These 2 bags were perfect. The 21" bag was very light weight. It rolled smoothly even on carpet. It held more than I thought. The tote bag attached to the handle of the 21" with a trolley strap. I would recommend

This luggage was purchased for 11 year olds to replace their childhood luggage. They are thrilled with their new luggage. It's light, yet durable and very easy to maneuver.

This suitcase has met all of my expectations. It is very lightweight and rolls along like a dream. Quite roomy inside with a interior zipper compartment. I've packed everything I need for a little getaway. The materials are of good quality. I am very happy with my purchase.

We love everything about the luggage but ordered the wrong size. Both were returned by FEDX but the credit never showed up on our credit card.

Great suitcase, very light. The first one I received had a defect in the fabric, and the warranty return process was easy. This mauve color does tend to get dirty easily. So far, the dirt has wiped off. It rolls and handles very easily, holds a lot for the size. I have the matching 25 inch suitcase, and it looks new after 3 trips. Highly recommend.

It's so lightweight and is as smooth as glass as it glides down the terminal!

Love, love, love!! The four wheels make maneuverability a breeze! So light weight making it easy to pick up to stow in overhead bin. Just enough pockets to pack everything I need for a weekend trip. Love that it has an adjustable height handle. Great piece of luggage!

I used the bag for travel nowit was great! I love its light weight, the expandability, and the inside features.

Was looking for a suitcase that could replace a 20+ year old samsonite. This fit the bill. The deciding feature for me was the large zipper pocket. I am able to pack clothes for a short trip leaving the larger side for all the other things. Can't rate durability since I've only been able to use it once. Definitely light and easy to maneuver. Bag was checked and seemed to do well.

Like it's bigger brother (25"), this 21" is marvelously light and moves easily. I hope it serves me as well as I begin contemplating travel again!

I spend a lot of time online when making "long term" purchases like luggage. These reviews were accurate. This is a cheaper option in their line of carry ons but it's still great. The wheels are smooth and I like the two lengths of the handle

Used the suitcase for a short trip last week and it worked great. Very smooth rolling wheels. Color (purple) is pretty and easy to identify.

Love the color, and just the right amount of space.
