Fits true to size plus the shoes have an adjustable Velcro tongue to expand access for a custom fit. I have some stiffness in my ankles and the kikzik technology really helps.

First off ... I really like this shoe. It is stylish, and comfortable. I ordered my standard size, size 11. It fit tight in the toes. BUT ... I have "hammer toes" which sometime demand more room for comfort. I returned the size 11 pair and ordered size 11.5, which gave me the room in the toe box needed. I love the, "slip-on; slip-off" feature. The shoe required adjusting, but once done, they fit great. Just follow the video instruction ... a no-brainer.

I am placing this review as this is such a sharp looking shoe I Wang it in a women’s. Please consider doing that because I absolutely love this styling

I bought it because of the heel popping up. Hate struggling to reach my footto get the heel of my shoe up. I haven’t decided if I am going to keep them. They run a bit narrow which is okay if your foot doesn’t swell. It comes up high on the foot which is uncomfortable when my foot is swollen. It does work great as far as the heel just pops up, I love that feature. It does have Velcro on each side of the tongue to make it bit looser. I really like the shoe but need to walk around on my carpet more to test if it feels good enough to keep.

Love them. They’re comfortable, look great and the way you can just step into them while standing is the bomb. Perfect for air travel. You just have to adjust the shoe to fit you just right when you first get them and you’re set with a shoe that feels as secure as a lace up. Arch support is moderate but not an issue for me. Getting another pair in a different color!

I bought these for my husband, and he absolutely loves them! I cannot recommend them enough. They are sturdy, stylish, comfortable and can be out on easily without even bending over or using hands /shoe horn. They also have fantastic ankle support and built-in walking stabilization.

These are very elegant sneakers, terrific quality leather, and the unique heel system is pure genius (watch the video on the product page). If you don't like bothering with laces and despise sneakers with velcro straps, these are definitely the shoes for you. I strongly recommend you buy 1/2 size larger than you usually wear, so you don't have to go through the exchange process as I did. Zappos makes exchanges simple and their customer service is top-notch, by why go through that if you don't have to.

size 13 m way to tight

Having had back surgery, the attraction to these shoes (for me) was the "no hands", step into them "technology" and that feature worked great. But I found the top front of the shoe to be very stiff so with each step I took the front would buckle and press against the top of my toes. That was both uncomfortable and annoying which more than offset the "step into" them benefit.

I’ve taken good care of these shoes but the right shoe has completely lost color. Very disappointed as the engineering is phenomenal, but I look like I have two different shoes on.
