Perfect in every way, but too big. Returned it and just received its replacement: a 27 inch version. It is perfect size.

Ordered the Platinum Elite 29" Check-In Expandable Luggage to use for a family cruise vacation among other existing luggage. PROs are the wheels are smooth and the retractable handle is firm. Quality of material held up well for its first use thru round trip airport and cruise handling. My 10-year-old was able to push it on the spinners with no problem. Lots of space, but see CONs. CONs is its a lot of space, but you can't use it all if you want to keep it under 50 lbs for the airlines to not charge you extra. I had to take things out to meet the 50 lbs limit, which left the luggage lid to sink into the luggage cavity. Well made, but solid construction takes up a good amount of weight before putting anything in. If I could go back, I wouldn't have purchased since I bought a large luggage I can't even fill up completely without going over 50 lbs. if you have no issue with going over and paying extra for 50 lbs, this is a solid luggage.

I just used my new suitcases for the very first time only to discover that two of the zipper pulls were missing from my large suitcases when I arrived at my destination! This makes it extremely difficult to open and close the suitcase. Everything else about the suitcases is great but how can I recommend a product whose zippers cannot endure even one trip?

Zipper came off completely after one trip. How do I return?

I have had this suitcase since late September 2018. I have to had the handle and zipper pulls replaced. Currently have broken zipper pulls. Now the wheels don't want to roll. I have to kick the suitcase in order for it to roll, very frustrating. Now the zipper is starting pull away from the body and the inside buckle is starting to fray. What could possibly happen next? It takes approximately 3 weeks each time I take it in for a repair. I have been a true customer to Travelpro for years and now I'm starting to look at other brands.
