One trip and I love it already. Easy to maneuver and lightweight. I can't rate "durability" or even organization questions because I just got it.But it's so far just what I need.

I haven't used it yet but it appears to be a very efficient carry-on. I like all of the compartments, so well made and detachable. I think I will have plenty of room for a 10-day trip. It also seems sturdy and I look forward to using my first piece of luggage with rotating wheels.

Appears to be high quality luggage w/strong zippers and very functional design. Unfortunately, my subsequent review of TSA restrictions regarding carry-on luggage (the reason for my purchase) and the restrictions of numerous of my typically used airlines, I found the luggage too large. Therefore, for that reason only, I returned the Platinum Elite luggage.

Great organizational tools, love the suiter. Wheels are really high quality and roll easily even under heavy load. Lovely suitcase overall.

Love the size! This is my third suitcase in this series. Love the storage space and pockets and ease of use.

Very impressed with the quality of my new carry on. I finally found a great carryon suitcase. Though I have one used it for one leg of my trip, It feels like it's going to last me forever. I wanted a four wheel spinniner and I glad I now have a great one.

After 30 years of constantly searching for the best suitcase for almost weekly international travel, we have settled here! This is a great suitcase! We have purchased it 4 times-two were lost! The wheels are amazing-it almost rolls itself even when it is very heavy. Thanks

We ultimately decided on this bags because of so many expert reviews plus analyzing the features. When it arrived, we were thrilled. It's very classy looking with sturdy features, such as the zippers, wheels, etc. My old bag was starting to go in its own direction with its 4 wheels. . This one is a pleasure to wheel. Very happy.

This travel bag has consistently received top reviews so my expectations were high, and I am not disappointed. The quality of the bag and the ease with which it rolls through the airport are outstanding features. It is a bit narrower than the bag it replaced, but it still holds enough for a week long trip, and the slightly slimmer profile fits better in smaller overhead airplane bins. Overall, I am very happy.

Organization, incorporates locks, stability and rolls easily.

This is my second set. I already have a set and my husband liked using mine so much that I bought him his own set. Lightweight, sturdy, rolls and turns effortlessly. I like the locks incorporated and the expansion when you need it.

Excellent product! I purchased the Platinum Elite carry on last year and now I have the matching larger suitcase for longer trips. You get what you pay for with this product. It's really smart looking, well made and durable. Sometimes it's worth splurging on a lasting product. Consider it an investment.

Great construction, light weight. Love the charging feature as well as being able to open the case easily since the opening is on the top instead of the middle.

The wheels are such an improvement over any other luggage. That alone makes this a worthwhile purchase.

Looks great but also looks like there is a deep pocket on the side and it's only about 4 " max as is the one above it. Felt like it was a flaw. Weird thing is someone else that bought it DOES have a deep pocket!

It's a pleasure to use. Rolls easily, handles all work smoothly. It is very well designed.

Light wt, easy mobility, well constructed, above average fabric, very durable. Fits easily in overhead compartment. On a flight change due to delays, it was checked on one of our flights and was sent to destination and got grease & dirt marks on it - that were easily cleaned off!

Love the new updated look and new features of a trusted brand and suitcase. Hated to let our old ones go. But our kids think they hit the big time when we passed our old bags on to them!
