Just received my platinum elite 21" spinner and I love it before I've even taken a trip. High quality and tons of storage for a 21". I am now buying my girlfriend a platinum elite as she loves mine. I take several business trips and the suitor was very important and it is top notch. Overall I am very excited about this purchase. I'm just hoping the platinum elite backpack comes available before my trip next weekend to complete my carry-on set.

This suitcase is high quality, gorgeous and has tons of room. It seem like everything was thought of. For example, instead of just two buckles/straps (or even just one) on the inside, this suitcase has 2 mesh zip pouches attached to the straps on each side. There are more zipper pouches on both long sides of the bag, with one of them being a plastic wet bag that you can zip out completely. Speaking to the quality, if you choose to leave it in, there's a snap at the bottom to hold it secure. The cushioned bars for suits also zip in and out. This is great for our family -- provides some extra space when we want to pack for all four of us but still allows my husband to take it for long work trips. On the outside of the bag, you don't just have one front zip pocket but two. Really, this suitcase has everything. I think the only thing I could complain about is that the wheels spin SO smoothly that if you're on any kind of slope, you need to make sure you're holding on to your suitcase. :-)

This suitcase is my go-to when I need a checked bag. It's amazing how much I can fit in this suitcase while still having a suitcase that is easy to transport through the airport. It's lightweight and high quality. My favorite features are the spinner wheels (so easy to roll alongside while walking through the airport) and the plastic side compartment for liquids to protect against any spills. The TSA lock also provides additional comfort my belongings are safe. I highly recommend this suitcase and can't wait for my next long trip.

My husband and I just returned from vacation in Spain and Portugal. We each had a checked bag, and a carry-on by travelpro. Including the Platinum Elite 25" Expandable Spinner. We were so pleased with the ease of motion during multiple airports and surfaces. The size and capacity of the bags were wonderful as well. We are very happy with our travelpro luggage.

I used this suitcase on a work trip about a week after delivery. It worked great. I used the included suiter to keep my clothes pretty wrinkle free and the wheels were amazingly smooth. My only knock is that the wheels intrude a little more into the storage area than other carryons that I have. But this is my go-to for travel now.

wish it was just a bit bigger and lighter for a longer travel time.

For the most part. I love it. A couple of times it wouldn't move and I almost tripped over it.

Rolls without effort, well organized, made its first flight without a scratch. It could be a little roomier - to get it to 50 pounds (common checked bag weight limit) it had to be expanded and was barely able to close. It would be handy to be able to have a hanger loop in the detachable portion of the valet bag to more easily put clothes in and pull them out.

I'm using this on its first trip. I wish it had a laptop compartment in the front but love everything else about it. I have a two-wheeled Travel Pro I bought several years ago and thought it might be more like that one. Very stable with my backpack on it. Rolls well. Spacious interior. Durable.

This bag moves like a breeze and looks great. However there are 2 large horizonal bars in the bottom which take up quite a bit of space. If you like to put al lot inside your carryon, I recommend a bigger bag.

I have had Tumi, Briggs Riley, Away, and Hartman luggage in the past. Thus far, the Travelpro is my favorite. I like the size, and it looks and feels sturdy. The pockets make just about everything easily grabbable when I am on the move. While the "magnetic" fixed wheel feature is mostly very handy, it can also be a bit problematic in terms of some maneuverability. For instance, when getting on or off an escalator. I have been using the bag domestically and during an extended trip through Southeast Asia. I have had no problems at any time getting it into the overhead. Always a relief!

Stylish look, great wheels, nice handle. More interior attachments/features than I am sure what to do with though.

Well I have not had the opportunity to use the luggage yet. That is why I gave it 4 stars. It is light, looks great and materials and construction are great. I hope to use it soon and then give it 5stars.

Overall great suitcase. That said, it's near perfection is only marred by its mediocre zippers and my perception that they may begin to fail over time. Main zipper is fine, the rest feel cheap and if I'm too fast and the compartment is full the teeth have difficulty latching securely.

Just used on 1st trip. Liked the design, room and weight of this bag. The ease at which it glides and turns was great. Unfortunately on return trip, zipper pull was already missing. Concern about durability of bag since this was just on its maiden voyage.

Been on the road for a month with this bag. The bag is beautiful, sturdy, and has great grab handles. Only thing is the main opening is a tad too small as adding the included garment bag requires some bending. It's also slightly more "Tippy" than my old samsonite spinner. Also not sure I'll continue to use the toilettree dry bag that zips I. As usually that's the last thing I toss in before leaving and it's hard to zip it to a full suitcase. But I am very picky in how I pack. If this bag holds up with I'm sure it will I will remain happy with purchase.

Nice bag. I've always purchased travel pro. And for good reason. This was costly and I expected smoother roller experience. That's only drawback I've noticed thus far after one use. Quality components, including fabric and zippers.

Only issue with the bag is that the liner wasn't depicted online and it's a soft pink that looks like the design for a 70 year old grandmother. Everyone that's seen it has the same, perplexed reaction to why it would be such a weird color that doesn't remotely match the exterior of the bag.

I'm only writing to mention that I asked on the website to be notified when the Olive Green version became available. I checked the website myself a few weeks ago and saw it was available but was never notified. Otherwise, the larger Elite bag I already owned (Olive Green) worked out great on its once trip so far.

Looks good but won't be using it until August of 2024. Appears to be well constructed although a bit heavy. Look forward to using it.

I like The suitcase but the handles for the zipper keep falling off during travel. I can't close the larger area and lock it because there was only one handle left I abandoned using the case

The wheels are great, and the bag seems well made. The setup is a bit fussy, and some of the catches are hard to work, but that might get easier with use.

Wheels are high taking up storage space. Make them removable and store on side.
