Easy to maneuver in the airport, much more capacity than I'd expected. Quite a number of pockets and sections that allow for separation of items. Excellent choice - so glad I got it as I travel extensively for work and this is a sturdy and easily maneuverable carryon.

Top quality suitcase. I prefer soft-side cases as opposed to the polymer hard-side cases and searched diligently until I found the Travelpro. It has everything I want. It is well made and looks and rolls great. A lot of thought has obviously gone into the design and construction. Registration process was a snap. I like the lifetime warranty. Great product and well worth the price. Already recommended the brand to friends.

Excellent quality of design, construction, and materials. Main interior compartment provides dividers and mesh retainers to help organize contents. Rolls and handles very well.

We had to wait a while until the Burgundy version of this was back in stock. (And Travelpro failed to let us know when that happened, although we had filled out their request form.) But we think it is worth the wait. We don't need the USB charging stuff, but otherwise the size, capacity, & rollers are good. It just costs more than it should. As to whether we would recommend it: it depends. Do you really, really need it, and is it really, really worth the price to you?

Packs beautifully and is perfect size. I have the whole set; have used for three trips thus far and this luggage set travels well.

I travel frequently for work and when my carry on suitcase broke, I decided to upgrade and buy the travelpro platinum elite 21 suitcase and I'm so glad I did. First, the design is great! Very functional and the wheels roll like an absolute dream. I also love how elegant it looks and that it came with a wet pocket and a fold out suiter. It's worth the money!

I bought this carry-on for my daughter. She loved it and raved about it multiple times during our most recent trip. It's a beautiful piece of luggage and the organization elements that it comes with are perfect. I have the hard-side version of this same carry-on and you simply cannot go wrong with Travelpro. I am happily surprised that the this suitcase is more luxurious than expected. I was going for durability and a good warranty for my checked bag and I got that plus a good looking case. The gold zippers are thick and easy to hold. There's a bit of a sparkle beneath the black and the pink interior is fun. It has great capacity and I like the toiletry bag included. The wheels are also incredibly smooth and it's more lightweight than expected too. Overall, I highly recommend!
