Looks great, rolls easily, maybe sometimes a little too much. For a 8 day-7 night trip, this case worked well as a carry on in first class. I was impressed at the amount of items that I could fit in, heading to a very warm climate. If I had used better judgement in what I selected to bring, I could have had a more diverse array of clothing selection, but would still highly recommend.

A bit smaller than I expected. It replaced a slightly larger carry-on that had a broken handle for which TravelPro was unable to provide the repair part. Disappointed in that, so had to buy a new case. Replacement parts should be available for carrying handles. Not that hard.
The bag I wanted was sold out.

I purchased it based on high reviews and it's meeting expectations. Though my one complaint is the front wheels tend to occasionally get stuck when switching from an upright position to pulling position. When this happens I can feel it "dragging" on the ground instead of a smooth rolling pull.

I love the ease of the spinning wheels and the look of it. However, it is cavernous and hard to find things. Not much in interior pockets. Would have liked some instructions on using the suit holder

Workmanship is very nice, spacious interior and durable material. This is my 4th purchase from this collection. The only minor issue is with the zipper pull tabs (especially the one at the front of the unit. If you are at need to check-in the luggage, almost a certainty it will be gone. The replacement request process is unnecessarily complicated. Fixing this would make it a perfect product in my view

This bag seems like it will be great. Love all the pockets and compartments. The only problem is it weighs 8 pounds. Going on a trip with a 15 pound max, so half the weight is taken up by the bag itself.
Quality looks very good. Nice material. Like the red color, not too bright.

I wanted the Elite 21" TP, but the color I wanted was out of stock, so I bought this smaller one. It is a bit too small and now you have the size I wanted, but it is too late. I will have to make do.

I've traveled over 3 million miles and tried a dozen carry-on's over the years. For the price, this one has it all and you can just look at it and see that it's well built. My one complaint -- why offer the USB cable and battery pouch without a battery -- that did not fit with the brand.

This one was nice but it didn't suit my needs so I return for a different style which I love.

I immediately exchanged it for the 21" size because I didn't realize the 20" had such an overbuilt (for my needs) laptop compartment. The padding is pretty bulky; you can't remove it and it reduces the overall capacity of the bag and adds weight. I couldn't make use of the organizer panel because it's clearly made for things I always keep in my backpack (passport, cords, laptop/tablet) and frankly would never put in a roller that might potentially get gate checked. If you're looking for a suitcase/briefcase combo this is definitely for you, but I wish they made a 20" version with a more basic front pocket as that size is more suitable for international travel and the capacity is sufficient for my needs.

I purchased Platinum Elite 20 online so I didn't have an actual LIVE experience with it in a store. Had that happened, I wouldn't have purchased this modelalthough light and agile to move and lift for this petite woman, it has a way-to-large outside compartment in the front which I don't needit also doesn't come with security locks so now I have to purchase them which for the hefty price of this luggage should have been included. I understand that it's a carry on and locks aren't necessary however due to an overbooked and overloaded flight, I had to check my luggage which happens all the time despite our best efforts to carry on. Other than these two issues, it's sturdy, handsome and easy to maneuver.

I really love the features of this bag.. But this is in no way made for anything more than an overnight maybe a 2 day trip at most. I am a flight attendant and I can pack a suitcase trust me!!! I don't understand why Travelpro has not incorporated the features of this bag into the larger 22 spinner? It just makes sense.. So disappointed.. Theres just no way this bag will suffice for a 3 day work trip. Had to return

I received this suitcase but it is not a good replacement for my old worn-out carry-on. Strangely, the main compartment does not open from the top - the zipper stops near the top of one side. In order to get something in or out (I typically put my big coat, scarf etc. in the carry-on for use when I arrive) you have to sit the suitcase flat on the ground and open it up like a standard suitcase. Also, it has fixed smaller pouches inside thee compartment that complicate putting large items in it. There is a good-size computer sleeve inside the outer zipped compartment, but the outside pouches are too small to hold the electric cord and mouse. I am sending it back.
That being said, it moves on its spinner wheels like it is on ice, and seems to be very well made. If you want a small suitcase rather than a handy computer carrier/carry-on, it will probably work for you.

Nice features- had everything I wanted except space. ! Can't fit anything into this suitcase and it's quite heavy even empty.

This product looked fabulous, but the handle would not go up at all. I had to return it because it was defective. I would have liked the product if it had worked but without the handle being able to rise and lower it's no good to anyone.

First time using it on a trip to Europe. Walking 1/4 mile to the hotel from the train station and one of the wheels in the spinner luggage fell off. Don't know where or how since it was a wheel that was not contacting the ground when being pulled. I realized it when checking into the hotel and the bag fell over due to having 3 wheels. This was the first day of an eighteen day trip. Not a good impression from this purchase.
