Received as a gift. Absolutely love that I can wheel it next to me and don't have to drag it behind me. And a USB port to boot!

light weight, holds everything I need for a week getaway, looks good easy to move in any direction

With plenty of inside pockets and built in small bags, this rollaboard meets most business traveler's needs. It also has the capability to use your own electronics recharge unit (USB port).

Received an obviously used bag with faulty zippers and stitching coming apart in places. However a friend got the same bag, and loves it, so I will be returning this bag and ordering a replacement. Thankfully customer service has made that an easy process.

Very high quality suitcase. My only complaint: I don't see any way to use the usb feature and there's no documentation anywhere (that I can find) that explains how it works.

The luggage is well-made and beautiful looking. It is well-organized and has good features. Only 4-stars because we have not test it on a trip yet.

Front pocket zippers broke before we left. At least it fit in the overhead.

This bag is very well constructed. Love the phone charging feature and internal packing compartments. The width of the bag is non-standard for international flights. It didn't fit in the overhead compartment on an Air France business class flight from IAD to CDG!! It worked on my other flights fine. Not sure why travelpro doesn't see this as misleading in terms of being "international" compliant. It's bothered me enough that I've purchased an Away to use on my next trip.

Less space than expected. Both outside pockets are quite small. Even the bigger one is so small that you can't fit an iPad in it. The whole thing seems wobbly on the wheels and somewhat difficult to direct.

Both front pocket zippers have separated and are broken and do not work.

Bought this bag and used it one time before the zipper broke. Out of stock indefinitely and can't get a warranty replacement. Don't think i want one as the zippers in the front are very cheap. they dontt operate smoothly and as evidenced here, broke the first time i used it.

I have used it once and one of the front zippers is already broken. Disappointed
