Excellent quality, attractive, and highly functional. My only very minor criticism is that a slightly smaller carry on more like 18 inches long is missing from the Platinum Elite offering.

Light weight, seems rugged, more space in there than I thought.

Fantastic quality. Well-designed. Can't wait to use it. Wish it had come with a tri-fold garment bag.

It's well designed and seems well made. I haven't used it to travel yet as the trip I had planned was cancelled.

I loved my old Travelpro that lasted me about 15 years, excited to make memories with this new one! Quality seems great, love the int'l carry on size and it's full of really cool features like the usb charger port, multi height adjustable handle and tons of cool pockets.

Perfect size, but spacious. Well designed handles, zippers, and compartments. Sleek and professional look. Yet another fantastic TravelPro purchase.

The perfect carry-on. I have two other Travel Pro suit cases and they are great as well.

It fits in overhead compartments and is big enough for 3-4 days of clothes and shoes. Perfect size!

enjoying my new bag- elite int carry on. Only complaint- it wasn t obvious when I purchased the bag that the lower front zipper compartment was not deep. As is, it cannot fit a book or an ipad- invaluable when removing the item at security, or when you get to your seat before tossing the bag in the overhead bin. Every other bag I have used, has had a deep front pocket for this very reason. Not sure why you opted to put two shallow ones on your bag??? Despite the durability, and organization, , It makes it less convenient for travel.

We have been having trouble finding carry on luggage that fits very restrictive international travel rules on some airlines. This is one of the very few bags that fit those dimensions perfectly.

It's great for having lots of great storage containers and options. But it easily falls forward with a laptop in the front pocket.

Just OK. Seems durable but the zippers hung right out of the box. The handle takes up space in the inside and extra straps can't be removed. I use packing cubes so the straps just get in the way. Overall design is very underwhelming.

Great design easy to travel with. The size is only good for those looking to carry a few valuables or 2 nights of sleeping over. The quality is what I bought it for and why I'm switching all of my bags out for the TravelPro Platinum Elite series.

Having had many Travel Pro bags in the past, and seeing all the positive reviews, I had high hopes for this bag. I am a journalist constantly traveling so I was looking for a reliable bag that accommodated maximum space and was easy to maneuver. I was enthused to read that the international version of this bag offered 20" of interior space, rather than industry -standard of 19". But when I received the bag, I was dismayed to discover that the base of the handle prongs are located inside, and at least 1.5 inches thick - and there are two of them. For those of us using packing cubes, we loose space because this causes the cubes to be elevated. Using the expansion feature did no good because it caused the bag to be wider than international TSA permits. Moreover, the handle kept sticking and we were unable to get it to completely extend without a lot of struggle. The zippers were stiff and difficult to maneuver, and remained so for the majority of my trip. The pockets are good, no better than other high-end bags, but the non-detachable interior nylon side pockets were useless to me, had cumbersome plastic fastening features, supposedly to allow you to seatbelt in your belongings but caused space to be lost along the topside or if tucked in to sides. Finally (and perhaps this was only an issue because the bag's handle didn't extend fully) the wheels should be made to spin, otherwise it is awkward to pull, especially when trying to move quickly through an airport or in a hotel hallway. Other than that, I am impressed with the durability of the bag itself, esp because it is relatively lightweight.

Not worth the price and made of very awful smelling material that makes anything packed inside smell as well
