Bought this for my husband who said after using it on a recent trip that he loved it! Since he has only had it for a short while, it's difficult to give an accurate rating for the durability.

Loving the Platinum Elite Business Backpack. It's a great organizer, I've only been using it so far as going and leaving to and from my car. Apartment living one needs a backpack to carry things. Any backpack would have work but the platinum keeps you organically in balance. The zippers are well made. Extra compartments to get too. Now, I need another backpack for hiking. Can't wait to use it on a trip with my travel pro carry on.

I purchased this for my husband for frequent short business trips. He loves it! It is the perfect accompaniment to his Platinum Elite Compact Carry-on Business Plus Expandable Hardside. He is able to fit his laptop, iPad, documents etc.

Took this backpack on a 10 day trip to Italy. The size and configuration of all the pockets allowed us to easily carry what we needed for the day. The dedicated passport pocket was also appreciated. The zippers seem strong and durable.

I have taken the pack on its first trip. The pack is sturdy and strong. It's a bit thin so don't pack multiple thick books but it easily held my laptop, iPad, wallet and other items. It isn't a travel pack in the sense you can pack for a weekend, however I did cram several rolled up t-shirts in it when I ran out of room in my checked bag. It is a little on the heavy side but that comes from the thick materials. Back pads make for comfortable carry. This is a nice back pack and looks good. You could definitely use it on a business trip.

This is a solid backpack. With intuitive pockets and layout. So, far it is holding up well, and I have worn out a few other brands. This one feels like it has staying power.
