Excellent quality overall; however, the zipper on the front pocket is clearly not as good as the rest of the bag. All of the other zippers operate smoothly and generate confidence in the durability of the bag. The front pocket zipper does not operate smoothly and feels like it will not last as long as the rest of the bag.

I'm returning this item - it's a nice enough bag, but not worth the price.

Versatile and sleek. Size is about right, perhaps a teeny bit on small side. Couple of the zippers don't pull smoothly, which I didn't expect at this price point.

It's hard to beat the outstanding quality of travel pro! We all know that by now... my only qualm with this backpack is that it is just a bit too small. What I mean by that is that it fits my 15 inch Mac, it has great slots for books and other devices, but it's just not very deep (front to back.) I wish it had a little more room that way, but besides that, it's a flawless backpack! Great for business travel.

I commute to work on a train every day and this Platinum Elite Business backpack has enough pockets and compartments (LabTop and iPad) to help me bring whatever I need for the days challenges. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a sturdy, well made and durable backpack to meet the daily grind.

Many compartments for electronics, but too small to add a change of clothes.

Positive-The overall look is nice and the pockets are great. Negative- It is 2lbs heavier than my current backpack, lacks space, and is stiff. When full, it pulls at the top and bows it in, making it look defective but I can get over those things however I couldn't get over the loud jingling of the large metal zippers on the hard bag. So I put in a request for a return and then realized I could replace the zipper pulls for fabric pull strings. This requires cutters, some effort, and purchasing the replacement pulls but those are cheap. Hopefully future bags will have different zipper pulls so that everyone in the office isn't alerted to your presence.

It was working good and as I start to use it everyday the sides and top weakens where it's not as sturdy as it was originally.

the size was very adequate, the band that slides over my roll on handle was not very functional

I seem to struggle with a couple of the zippers. Otherwise very nice quality overall. Lots of room, pockets and storage for all kinds of things.

Good size, good padding for devices. Front pocket one has one zipper, so access is tedious. Carrying handle is uncomfortable. Shoulder strap comfort is so-so.

The backpack is very high quality but much smaller than it looks online. I am a 6' male and my daughter laughed when she saw me use it. My wife, however, is quite happy with my/her new purchase.

Overall, I like the bag and its a great addition to my travelpro set. However, two design features that would prevent me from purchasing another one. The first one is the way the carrying strap is designed. It's more of a cross body design but with this design the strap continually falls over the front pockets. Often the strap is under the bag and you'll need to pick the bag up to move the strap out of the way. seems like not a big deal but irritating. The second one is the single zipper for the pen pocket. while travelling, I typically have a lot of stuff in that pocket. Because there is a single zipper that zips to the bottom, when I open often stuff falls out. can you please put two zippers that zip up and to the top like the other compartments?

The price seems high for what this really is. It's a basic backpack. The zippers don't stay closed

Doesn't hold as much as my prior Travelpro. Zippers separate really easy. Pockets are not big enough. Would return but to much of a pain.

The briefcase itself is great. Great compartments, well designed, and does everything it is meant to do. One terrible flaw though is the shoulder strap. There is no adhesion to the material which leads the strap to continually fall off your shoulder. For such a great product, it's disappointing to see such a step backwards with the shoulder strap. The strap is much worse than the one on my previous crew 8 brief. With such a significant flaw, I can't rate this above two stars
