I have one of these dresses in Black from 2016 and it fits absolutely perfectly, so I got a second in 2019 in the Cocoa print. Even though they are the same size (M) the fit has been adjusted up top so there is all this extra room in the armpits. I am not quite sure whose body it would fit because if my bust was much bigger to try and fill that gap, then the arm hole would be stretched open so wide and my bra would show. Well, I guess my bra shows anyway in the enormous armpit holes. But one positive change is that the dress now has a hidden pocket so I can wear it on my walks and still listen to music with my phone stowed away and not have to carry a bag. Final say is--I like the dress, but I recommend getting a dark color with a well-matched bra because it's probably gonna show.

I'm 5/3", 112 lb, and the XS fit TTS. Pros: fabric is soft, print is subtle but definite, style details of slight gathering between breasts and right-at-knee lenght are flattering. Cons: the one zip pocket holds max a couple of i.d.s/credit cards/bills and a loose key and is at a pretty conspicuous place on the front and kind of high; but for me the deal breaker was the way it shows every single curve, jut, and line.

I'm not sure why a summer t-shirt dress needs an exposed metal zipper. It's scratchy and I expect will get hot on a sunny day. Otherwise it's a pretty dress for people who don't have sensitive skin.

I'm 5'10 127 and was between a XS and S- XS was much better on the top, but I kept the S because I needed the length, and the mom-belly coverage (the XS was too tight across there, S hid it better). Have tried many, many black t-shirt dresses and this is the best style I've found for a conservative length and not looking like a tent!

Love the print and that it's got more shape than a t-shirt dress. The sleeves aren't perfect but I do not have the gap problem someone else mentions.

I have 2 of these and will order another one in case they ever stop making them. SOOOOO comfortable and I always get compliments. It also travels well and doesn't wrinkle. Great for a nice dinner out or mucking about as a tourist. Wish they had this style in more colors.

Beautiful blue color, darker than I thought. Fits well, cool, comfortable fabric.

I am very short (5’) and the lengths for wearing it to work was just perfect. Right at the knees.

I like it. I see the armpit thing some people are talking about but honestly, with the heat- it’s for the best lol I found the dress to be very flattering and comfortable

I love this dress! It is super comfortable. I took like 20 dresses on a trip to Costa Rica and this dress was the one that worked the best in every situation. Dress it up, dress it down, worked perfectly.

I am 5'8" and 148 lb and small up on top. I love this dress. The V neck is snug and modest enough for me (no gaping). The arm holes fit just right, giving ventilation but not gaping either. This is a great dress and I plan to order the other color, because I finally found a GREAT FIT!

Really cute and comfortable casual summer dress. Too tight in the chest area, so unfortunately I will return. But I loved the style and will try to order the next size up.

Very cute, has shape to it without clinging. Got the small, 5'4 118 lbs. Wash and wear.

I’m 5-6”, 123 lbs and short waisted, long legged. Normally a size 4. I LOVE this Toad&Co style dress and have it in several colors, plus 2 of the 3/4 sleeve versions. It’s flatters my figure without being tight and and is comfy and can be dressed up or down by changing your shoes and jewelry.

Large was too tight and emphasized belly. Lovely print ant material if you have a flat stomach. Recommend sizing up. (5’2”, 138 lbs, age 74)

This dress is super comfortable and a great day dress. But it’s not for busty women. I got my regular size large, but XL wouldn’t even make it look right. It’s something with the armpit area. It’s so big and the cut is weird. You will be showing your bra! This probably works a lot better for ladies with smaller cup sizes. I’d buy this again if they fix the issue with the under arm area. Because it’s a nice dress…

large M Great fabric..I m 5"6 and 140 pounds... M size look big..I am returning it....will try S and see?

I purchased a medium and I think it runs small overall. I have the same dress in a different color same size and it fits perfectly . Disappointed and had to return. I think large will be too big.

I love this dress! I have one in another color and really wanted the Picante color when I saw it. So I ordered it and must admit I was expecting it to be more red than orange. Its definately more along the terra cotta spectrum than tomato red, so I was dubious. But my mom convinced me to keep it and I dad. I wore it onstage in a performance last weekend and it was perfect. I received several compliments and felt like a million bucks! I'm pretty tall, long waisted and small busted and I recommend this style for my body type b/c its very flattering, super feminine, but no frilly stuff. I'm usually between a M & L. Toad & Co always runs a bit small to me, so I ordered the L and it fits great.

It's really too bad this dress didn't work out for me. The fabric is unbelievable soft and comfortable. But because of its softness, it clung to all the wrong spots. I think my belly looked bigger than it even is and it highlighted back fat! I'm petite at 5'1" and 121 lbs. The length was all right(ish) but this dress made me look frumpy.

My dress had a hole in it.

Fabric on the heavy side, fit ever just slightly weird across the bust. It did fit, but didn't really sit correctly. Felt like it'd be driving me nuts all the time. Besides that, dress just nothing speciall.
