Since the stores are closed, everything is shipped to customers. The bag arrived in perfect condition. No packing detail or expense was spared to make sure it arrived in perfect shape. And of course the bag itself is gorgeous. The online experience was awesome from start to finish!

I bought this purse a few days ago and received it within 2 business days (with Shoprunner.) I bought it in Fawn Brown and it looks lighter than in the picture but I loveeee it a lot! I've got a lot of compliments. It's such a great size and fits all of my personal belongings: an iPad, makeup bag, phone, wallet, a big Thermoflask bottle of water, coin bags, and etc. It's my favorite collection of Kate Spade so far. I actually purchased a size medium satchel in dark green color and it's very cute but kinda small and thought I should purchase size large after reading the measurement description.

i got this about 3 weeks about. i absolutely love it. it's the perfect size to fit all my stuff. just wish the middle pocket was attached at the bottom so my stuff didn't more from one side of the bag to the other.
