The only problem with this shoe is the laces are leather and actually stitched into the shoe. These laces will not last, and when they wear out and break, the shoe will become unwearable. $100 is entirely too much money for something that will not last.

Got these for my husband-his second pair. Now he has black and grey. They are very lightweight.

1. I like how Native uses recycled materials, practices fair wages and has sustainable practices. I did not want to just buy another pair of “tennis shoes” to go in a landfill. 2. I have 3 herniated and disc degeneration. I also have an active dog who likes to be walked 2-3 times a day. I needed a pair of tennis shoes that support my skeleton, these work. 3. Admittedly, in the past I have been a HUGE shoe fanatic. These are on trend, (if you like Allbirds or something like them you will like these.) 4. I have been plant-based for over 10 years. These are made of vegan materials. 5. I wear these for work, (medical sales.) They are good for running around, going into hospitals, physician offices, (and also the grocery store.) They go with a lot of outfits. 6. I wanted to wear these a couple of times before writing a review, (which I rarely do.) Comfort score A-/B+, could be a tiny bit cushier in the insole but overall very acceptable. 7. They are very light weight. I have not washed them yet but thinking they will do ok on the gentle cycle. 8. I normally wear a size 8 and bought a size 8. They hit a little bit at the big toe but thinking I will just wear a thinner sock. Not a deal breaker. 9. I wore them in the rain and they seemed to do fine and dry out quickly. 10. I would buy them again! I hope this is helpful to someone.

I wore a size 10 in the original Apollo, however a size 10 in the Apollo 2.0 was a full size larger (fit like an 11). So if you ever wore the previous model, order one side down!

I thought this would be a perfect walking shoe with some style that could be dressed up or down. It is very comfortable although there was some rubbing on my heel. I ordered and kept a size 7 which worked out perfectly for me. I normally wear a 6.5 in athletic shoes and 7.5 in most others. I was and am still unsure if I like the lace up tie, not sure of it's true function or as a style accessory. I wore them all day at the zoo and was comfortable.

These shoes would be heaven if they came in half-sizes. Women's 8 (my normal size) was too small and 9 was too big.

I had the original Apollo Moc and I miss it greatly, because Native changed the shape on the 2.0 and now they're much narrower than they were before, which is really unfortunate.

For some vegan shoes they sure do bloody up my Achilles. Other than the heel of the shoe I very much like the rest.

These shoes made my heel bleed. The back of it was too stiff.
