I am sure the review will go up once I get the slippers I bought.

I placed an order of holiday presents for my family on Nov 30th amounting to $474. UGG sent me an email that the package was delivered at 4:39pm on December 7th. I looked for the package within 20 minutes of the stated delivery but it wasn't there. I checked the security camera footage that shows no package was delivered. UGG started an investigation that took 10 business days only to respond by saying they concluded that UPS delivered the package and therefore wouldn't refund me. After explaining the situation to the customer service person at UGG, Danielle, she said my attorney can contact her attornies, and then hung up on me.

This product fits to tight and it doesn't allow for your feet to feel like they have circulation or they don't size accordingly and they run small I usually wear a 9 no problem but these are like the size of 7 1/2 or 8 not a regular 9 so buy one size bigger they do not run natural

I bought these for my husband as a gift. He consistently wears a size 9 in all types of footwear. He could not even get this pair on his foot. Will return for a different style.

The product is very nicely made. This is my third order in some 10 years. Wear them all the time indoors all year round. Still waiting for my bqck order on his years purchase.

I really hate not buying an extra pair of these ascot slippers before UGGPure. UGGPure is purely disappointing. These slippers are not the same. The difference in quality is obvious in the course texture (not soft and cozy) and lack of comfort that the original UGG twinface products have been known for. UGGPure is the worst thing that happened to my favorite shoes. Twinface only for me.

It is size 8 but feels like 7. I am wondering whether it is the problem with this pair or with all the others. Maybe exchange or return.

One shoe is perfect, the other overly bulge on side. Because of this the sheep fleece has balled up!

Although advertised as available in a 9 triple E sizing, shoe was a standard width.

I bought these slippers because they were available in Triple E. NOT TRUE. They are probably made in a foreign country where men's feet are much, much smaller!

Bought slippers as a gift, they came in wrong size. Very disappointing to the recipient. Emailed customer service and it has taken so long I still don't have the replacement.

The color true navy looks black

You are buying a name only. There is no quality or craftsmanship to the product at all. UGG must expect the buyer to glue the parts together because they forgot. They two spots of glue they did use only held until my foot warmed them up and became unattached and slide inside the shoe. Very uncomfortable unless you get the seems to line up perfect. These were not advertised as replaceable inserts.

Fit is way too small, choose the next size up.

Looked great on line. But my husband's feet just didn't fit. It was like Cinderella's step sisters trying on the glass slipper. I wish it had fit. It's a beautiful slipper and practical. You can wear it outside because of the rubber sole.

Insoles bunch up under the arches of my feet. Only the heels are glued. Why isn't the entire insole glued? The crease the bunching causes actually hurts.

Came with a liquid on it and I chucked em.

I bought my husband the previous style in February 2014 and they lasted until December 2018, when he got a new pair for Christmas, which was this new style. Less than a year and there are already holes in the inner sides of the slipper. Very disappointing!

BOUGHT CHESTNUT COLOR LOVED THEM NO ISSUE .BOUGHT ESPRESSO COLOR SCUFF MARKS ALL OVER THE HARD WOOD FLOOR! Not sure why? very hard to remove scuff marks brand new slippers cannot wear

Bought these- coffee r something spilled on to one of them. Put in washer and they shrunk. Can't even get my fit in them!

I washed these very nice slippers and now my feet will not even fit into them. Very disappointed.
