The slippers I received were of poor craftsmanship and quality. The insole of the slippers is glued only at the heel, allowing the mid and forefoot to slide and bunch up. They would be comfortable with out this design flaw. For the name and the price my expectations were higher, and I have been disappointed.

For the price, I was expecting much better comfort. There is no cushion to these slippers at all and run small. They are just ok and I have bout slippers for half the price that are much more comfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this particular product from UGG

The bottom sole need to be redesigned as does not cover the whole slipper and makes them feel uneven when walking

Unfortunately in the interest of profit disguised as being more Environmentally friendly - the product quality is not what it used to be. Both the amount (density) of fibers used and the watered down use of real shearling being supplanted with substitute fibers makes the UGGs I received 'also rans'. It is a shame that UGGs would knowingly devalue its brand reputation for short term profit. I loved UGGs in the past but can now get better quality for a lower price from Land's End.

Bought these instead bc they wanted a lighter brown. Received correct shoe according to the box and description but the slipper was a very very dark brown.

My old slippers were the old classic ones. I thought this leather looked nicer, not nearly as comfortable, I would go bearclaws or whatever they're called before buying these slippers.

Seems like the quality of the footbed has changed since I bought my last pair 2 years ago. This current pair lost its cushion in the first 2 days! This is my 4th pair and they have, historically, held their famous cloudlike cushion for 6 months+. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately, the shoes aren't supportive on the heel ( for me) and it's not that pretty to look at, it feels nice when you are not walking good for indoors

They felt too tight across the front regarding the width, not regarding the length.

I order a size larger than my normal size and they are still narrow.

this aren't the uggs of days gone by- not as cushy, the shearling is not as thick, the overall feel is thinner and cheaper than the pair of these I had from years ago. the sizing is slightly off- with too much slip at the heel as well. if it weren't for brand name I wouldn't have been suckered into buying them, and would have gone with either the 'wicked good' llbean or the old friend numbers that are still being made with cushy materials.

As I've been working from home I've invested in the "nice" slippers. Yes, the leather is terrific and they look great. However, the fluff breaks down quickly. The most annoying aspect of these is the Ugg tag/label inside the shoe on the heel of the footbed. I've decided to air them out because they bother my feet.

So disappointed in these. We love our UGG slippers but purchased this matte leather for a bit of a change up - the color is off! We ordered the tan, but the color is nothing like what is shown on the website! Wayyyy darker. I even double checked to make sure we weren't accidentally sent the cognac color instead - nope. Box says tan and the picture on the box is this darker color. Not sure how the website can have such a lighter color, but really disappointed, and no time to return before Christmas. Shame.

I bought these in my typical size and they don't fit. Heel is slipping. I would return but I already trashed the box. Annoyed.

Beautiful looking and good quality on the outside. At least 13 times inferior quality to my previous pair on the inner lining. My previous pair I owned for 13 years and already the new wool lining of these is in equally poor condition after only 1 year. Very disappointed. Would no longer pay a premium for these.

Definitely order a size up! I take 9.5 shoe, and the size 10 slipper was painfully tight, with my big toe touching the front. Exchanged for an 11, which was better fit, but still found them uncomfortably snug, and the thick lining made my feet too warm. Back they go.

Product is fine, but wrong color sent (received black). Returning or exchanging too much of a hassle. Disappointed.

This insoles of the slipper have already torn and they have been worn for a week.. never had problems with this brand of slipper until this purchase.

I've had Ugg slippers for years. I always got the size smaller than my half size. For years they have stretched and been very comfortable. I've now tried 2 pairs and they don't stretch to fit and are terribly uncomfortable. The half size larger than my shoe size are way too big and loose. Bummer, I liked them for years but something has changed. I have to find a new brand that makes sizes that fit.

Not as nice as my previous pair, I purchased a year ago I purchased a brown pair last year and the shearling was more luxurious They fit a little firmer around my foot The black pair I purchased feels like they a half size to large

I have enjoyed these so much that I bought them for my adult children. They are long lasting and so comfortable. I wear a 10 1/2 and the 10 fit me well. The 11 was too big.

The slipper itself is fine. The color, however, is not what I expected. I ordered Cognac expecting it to look like the picture in the ad; instead what I received was a dark chocolate brown slipper. I checked the box thinking someone must have made a mistake but it indicated COG. I'd recommend UGG update it's ad to reflect a more accurate picture of its product.
