Had to purchase inserts to give some support. No arch support. Made them quite comfortable and a great look.

They are nice but do not seem as nice as they used to be when I got my first pair in 2002

Great slippers but kinda narrow. What would be a problem if my feet were any wider.

Absolutely great fort the MidWest Winter. Best use for me is houseslippers.

The only issue I have is with the toes discoloring - and I don't 'walk' on my toes. Other than that, they're legit great .

My husband says they are so comfortable!

These are so comfy and well made. I gave them 4 stars because they are a little small and are very hard to get on.

Love the feeling of the pile lining but not happy with how it scrunches up and creates lumps near toes. Have tried to smooth it back but unable to do so.

This slipper runs small, I decided to hang on to it and see if it would stretch, I wish I would have exchanged for bigger size. Order one size bigger.

Great shoe, comfy as my last pair that I unfortunately lost to my youngest puppy. I ordered the "tan" and while the picture looks like the "chestnut" color typically associated with Uggs, mine are much more dark brown, closer to the "espresso" color seen on similar pairs of shoes.

I recently bought these slippers in the Chestnut color for my brother and he wears them all the time!! Shipping/delivery was also surprisingly fast. The slippers feel a little snug at first but by day 3-4, they stretched out a bit but not to a point where they fall out. Would definitely buy them again!

This slipper was good quality leather but stiff for a slipper and too narrow. Had to return.

Mostly wear them around the house but they're leather so they take me shopping as well. I bought the wide for the first time, same size 9, but they're a little big. Why not offer half sizes? Never see them.

The product is great. However, my husband usually wears a 12.5 size, so I ordered a size 13. He can wear these, but if he wants to wear socks, the 13 is too small. Wish you had half sizes!!!

Shoes arrived in excellent time however it did not come with the gift bag and cute note that I paid for. Color matches perfectly. I am still excited put these under the tree this year.

I'm glad I order the wide version of the product. They fit perfectly. They are good looking shows that are warm and comfortable, but be aware the soles are thin. Not too thin, but thinner than I expected.

They are super comfortable, warm and easy on and off. My only complaint is that the lining in my most recent pair came bunched up and had gotten worse with wear. It is only the right foot shoe, but not comfortable.

It's my favorite shoe I have two but the lining wasn't near as fluffy as the first time I bought it 5-6 years ago I put a new liner insole in my old pair and it actually felt soft fluffier than the brand new pair

Only issue I had with these was the initial pair I ordered had an issue with the insole slipping down while wearing. But submitted an exchange and had the new pair within days of shipping them out. Overall amazing.

Sizing was just right, they seem snug, but after a while they settle right in.

The product was everything I had hoped for. the fit was perfect. shipping was incredibly timely.

Got these to be my house shoes for the fall and winter. They keep my feet warm and don't make them sweat. They could use a little more cushion, but overall are very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I most liked the ;moccasin style, with laces on top ... and can't find them. Guessing you don'[t make the;m any more.

Very nice slipper but they run small so I have to return my order..

This is my first pair of UGG slippers and is easily the best slipper I have owned. The only complaint I would even mention is that I can tell they will get beat down. It is probably not possible to make a slipper that won't, but I literally wear slippers all day long, all year long. I work from home, so I always dress as comfortably as possible. I wish there was a way to keep that out of the box feel forever, but it is what it is. Bottom line, these are the best slippers I have ever owned. Buying one pair a year will not cost me any more that buying a pair of the cheaper slippers I have been buying ever 6 months. Thank you UGG!
