This is my second time purchasing these shoes, the first time I purchased I dropped them on the ground to put them on and the heel fell off, actually broke off. After spending so much money on them and them breaking (never/ ever had this happen before) it took me a year to decide if I loved them so much I wanted to replace them. When ordering again this fit is about a size - 1/2 size too loose. I always order a size 8 and have a nice snug (what I call perfect) fit so I am really disappointed. There is not an option to drop a 1/2 size and i have never worn a 7.5 Not super happy with these but really want to be

I am disappointed at how the classic Jack Rogers handmade leather sandal has been dumbed down and "plasticized." Perhaps if I had looked more closely at the photos I would have gleaned that these are not the same sandals as in years past. In any case, this will be the last pair I purchase. (On a side note, Zappos' website, ordering and delivery were excellent, as usual.)

This is not a well made shoe. I would never buy these again after buying three pair for myself and two pair for my daughter.
