After a lifetime of hiking, backpacking,snowshoeing, and other high-impact activities, I have constant, excruciating forefoot and hip pain. I have an entire drawer full of insoles, cushions, and foot pads. On whim, I purchased the AMP insoles - I noticed they were more cushioned in the forefoot/ball-of-foot area than anything else that I owned. I put them in my hiking boots and went on a 3-day backpack with a 42-lb pack. I expected to have to turn back due to pain. Miraculously, no pain! I could not believe it. When I returned home, I used them again on a 6 mile walk over rocks and hills that normally has me in pain the rest of the day. No pain. It's seems dramatic, but they really are life-changing for me. I've since bought 2 more pairs. Thank you Georgia Boot! (BTW - I am a woman. Women need insoles and cushioning, too. The men's M fits my boots/shoes).

Think I finally found insoles that work for me, just put them in my classic made in England steel toe Dr Martens and wow, night and day difference, I had two really soft Arm&Hammer memory foam (One Work other Comfort) insoles stacked on top of each other and they are comfy but my feet still hurt after light walking, They fit right in boots without any trimming and are instantly softer even though they feel stiffer squeezing with fingers. Guess I will see how long they last, with how much they cost I'd hope they will last longer than most other insoles, if they do I will be getting them for all my boots & sneakers with as many extra as I can afford, just in case Georgia Boots decides to stop selling them for some reason, but I would imagine everyone who buys these are happy so hopefully they will continue making Amp insoles for years to come!!!!

I have a problem with my right foot. This innersole makes it tolerable to walk. I highly recommend trying them!

Bought these to replace some inferior insoles that came in another boot. They're very thick and absorb impact like nothing. I found that the thickness is so substantial that it could make the boots almost a little too snug in the toe box again but they will stretch out with time.

I have plantar fasciitis and have always had to buy special insoles, I do not have to with these inserts, they are the most comfortable insoles I've ever used

I've had these in 2 different boots there the best, the boots didn't last long but these Insoles were worth it.

I own four pair of the same boot one pair has steel toes. These boots are all i wear seven day a week!!!!

Great replacement to make those worn insoles feel like brand new boots.

As with all my Georgia Boot purchases these insoles are the bomb. Soft but supportive.

I am a registered nurse on a busy floor, I am on my feet for 14 hours at a time. I used to suffer with extreme foot and back pain but once I started using these insoles my pain has disappeared! Beyond comfortable! A great investment

They last about 6 months for me. The boots are 18 months old. I love these insoles! So comfy

I have purchased these for all of my hiking and walking shoes. Plus extras to change out every couple of days. The feel like I'm walking om clouds! I recommend them to all of my coworkers and friends.

I have only had the new AMP insoles in my boots for a few weeks, and I thank my friend at work every time I see him for telling me about them. I have 7 or 8 different insoles in a bag in my closet. I have tried every brand I have heard about except one, and I will try them someday, but now that I have the AMP insoles it may be a long time. I am 60 and work 10-12 hour days on concrete. I have done this since I was 18. I wish I had these when I was 18, but you do not realize it until you are about 50 that something is wrong. Thank you Georgia Boot for helping me making it to retirement age before I have too.
