Great bag for commuting to work, specifically in the winter. Lots of room for extra clothes (hat, scarf, mitts) and my lunch. I also use it for weekend trips. It fits my all the essentials (makeup, hairdryer, change of clothes. I have the old model and found the strap to long. There was no adjustment feature so I paid to have it shortened. It looks like the new version has an adjustable strap. I am super pleased with the material and quantity (similar to a shell coat). I travel on bus and train in rain and snow and it keeps everything dry.

Je suis satisfaite de mon sac. La qualit des matriaux et de la confection est excellente. Dans mon cas, la prsence d'une bandoulire rglable est une condition essentielle l'achat d'un sac fourre-tout. Si elle est amovible mais non rembourre comme ici, je peux la remplacer par une autre plus confortable. Je souhaiterais aussi que le sac ait 1 ou 2 poches fermes de plus.

I own the 19L Blanca tote and absolutely LOVE it. I am starting to get some fading in the fabric due to heavy use. I was looking to replace it and saw the 18L Granville. Some of my favourite features in the Blanca are missing in the Granville. I love the padded straps in the Blanca, as well as the slight flare shape. I don't like the extra shoulder strap in the Granville nor the fact the straps are no longer paddeed, and it is just that much smaller; the 19L is perfect. I also liked the colour choices in the Blanca much better. Love the 2 way zip and the small pocket. If you don't already own the Blanca then the Granville would be great!

Bonjour Je sais que vous cherchez toujours amliorer vos produits, mais j'aimais mieux l'ancien modle avec les deux ganses un peu plus longues avec des coussinets pour l'paule. Et dans mon cas, la courroie ajustable est inutile. Dommage.

I previously loved the design of this innovative bag and am beyond disappointed in the new design. In particular, the new strap and handle design is substandard and uninspired. The flimsy material used for straps is similar to a cheap grocery tote. Beyond the disappointing aesthetics of this bag the overall function of this product has greatly declined. Good design is aesthetic and this bag fails in both categories. The sturdy padded handles of the old design were not only functional but aesthetically superior to the new design. This new design is incongruent with the quality of products that I have come to expect from Arcteryx. Would not recommend!
