Footbed is not as soft as previous sandals

Not nearly enough arch support

I love Teva, but this shoe is not the best they have. When I have the choice between this one or my Hurricanes, I go for the hurricanes. The shoe is super cute, but the lack of support in the sole to my high arches leaves my feet hurting at the end of the day.

sole is too stiff, I felt very uncomfortable wearing them like everyone was looking at me

I have had the same tevas for years now and I finally had to upgrade as my old ones were falling apart. I wanted to love these. I was so excited, they are so cute. However, my heel falls off the back of these sandals no matter how I adjust the other straps. I thought it might be a size issue so I sized up and it's still a problem. There is too much space at the end of my toes while my heel hangs off. I hope teva adds more length to the back of the sandal or allows for an adjustable strap in this style.

I do like these sandals in general, but ultimately they are a different color than pictured online! The online picture they are almost black, in person they're a bright blue. I still like them and they fit well, but I am really disappointed that I won't be able to wear them with all the outfits I planned! I wouldn't have picked blue shoes for myself.

I remember these being so much more comfortable than what they are. My feet are a hot mess after wearing these for six hours. Hoping I can get them to break in a bit. Ouch!

This particular pair was not as comfortable as I remember my Tevas of old were.

These are being returned due to being too smal.

They don't quite fit my feet how I thought they would. The strap at my heel is too loose and my heel falls off the back. They're super cute tho.

They can be uncomfortable after you have worn them for a couple hours.

Love the look, and the soles. Would be 5 stars but the little plastic piece rubs my pinky toe.

LOve the old-school style but I am still waiting for my free Lantern???

I like teva products but did not see the sandals I got years ago that fit. On these the straps were too short so couldn't close. Some older women have different size feet as we age and I would still like to get teva as they are long wearing. Could you make a size for older feet that can secure with longer straps? Some of us have some swelling too so would still like sandals that fit. I still used the ones I got..,.for a gift.

This is a replacement pair for my first pair. The first pair only lasted 3 weeks before the two pieces of the sole started to separate. It was generous how Teva took the return and gave me credit for replacement. Here is to hoping the second pair last much longer.

I like the concept but the bed of the shoe is uncomfortable for my feet. It's sharp on older feet which doesn't have tough skin anymore. I realize the design is to keep your feet from slipping out of the shoe. Other than that they are light weight which I love and look good on my feet.

Honestly the Teva universal is pretty low quality. After a few weeks they're starting to come apart...Theyre still comfy but I wish I'd just spent the extra to get Teva Hurricanes, I had a pair of those and they've lasted years (I think going on 5 now). The Universals are cute enough but if you're trying to find something for every day wear, definitely upgrade to the hurricanes.

Shoes arrived today. I order a 9, i wear an 8.5. The shoe fits perfectly, but the quality is not the same from when I was a kid. Where the shoes are sown together it is already having movement in the seam. I'd be surprised if these shoes last a year.

I love the color scheme on my Tevas. However, you can tell that it's made out of somewhat cheap material. Obviously a cheaper alternative to other kinds of these shoes on the market. I still would recommend buying though!

I was so excited for a new pair in the original style. Lightweight and adjustable straps. Except for the heel. Which turns out to be critical for keeping my foot in the right place.

I purchase this sandals for my hubby! And they are amazing. He loves them wear them every where we go from the beaches in Florida to the mountains in North Carolina. I would buy him a few more pairs to have as back ups.

Fits well comfy looks good sole a bit soft ... tendency to bend if you dont lift your foot high enough when walking top catches on pavement and bends ... definitely not my hiking shoes!!!!

These shoes look so great, and seem to be well made. and I even have a pair of 25 year old tevas that are still getting regular use.. but these aren't quite the same. They are total pinkie toe punishers. Rubbin those babies raw. Also we need some half sizes up in here please, that might solve the fit problem

The fit and function of these tevas are amazing! I've wanted to try them for such a long time and will not be leaving any time soon. However, I did order one of the retro, color block patterns, and it was much brighter in real life, and much less muted, like they looked online. It wasn't so bad that I needed to send them back, but just know, they're pretty bright. Overall, great shoe!
