These have changed. I have been buying these sandals exclusively for many years. These are made differently. Although they are lighter in weight, a plus, the appearance of the materials looks cheap. The arch support is minimal.
I will not be buying again.

I have worn these sandals for years. In the last few years I've found the quality is not as good, and the sizing has gotten a little smaller each year. I hope you pay more attention to quality control.

I don't know if I have a bad shoe, or if Columbia changed the sizes. I already have this shoe in 4 colors and wanted a new pair this year. The 9 is way too small. My sister who wears an 8 tried it on and it barely fit her foot. Something is way off with this shoe.

Footbed was a nice fit in length with adequate arch support, but I found the straps a bit tight even around the the big toe. I can usually wear a 8M. I've returned them.

Right handle makes the foot sit off the sole a bit. Made a little crooked.

I thought these shoes ran a little small. Not enough support in them if you have problem feet like mine. I retuned them but they would be great if you don't need any arch support or have problem feet.

I have had 3 of the Kea Vent sandals. They were fabulous. The New Kea II doesn't fit the same. Too large. The toe band part is not placed the same causing my foot to to forward and toes hang over the front with a huge amount of shoe at the back. I am so very disappointed. These sandals were great to wear all day. The toe band Helps keep your foot aligned. Not sure what to do. I wish I had purchased more of the Kea Vent. Perhaps a size smaller will work.

The deal- killer here is the stiff ridge around the opening where a bunion would be. It cut into my feet. Maybe it would relax with wear, but too painful to wait for break-in.

I have to agree with another reviewer. The quality is nowhere near what it used to be. Older models had nice soft material on the sole and the strap. Now it’s a rubber type material. Sadly, not as comfortable.

I was disappointed with my sandals. I wore them to work and after a few hours my heals were hurting so bad. I feel that there was not enough padding in the heel area. I have had this style before and these are not the same quality

Sole is comfortable, but the big toe is too tight for me. They stay in place when walking, but not a good for lounging.

I used to love this sandal. I've had a pair for 3 or 4 years and was in dire need of a new pair. They were solid and long lasting. When I ordered the new pair I was disappointed with the sizing as it seemed slightly smaller than my previous pair in the same size. The style had also changed and has more of a wider "male " look to it compared to the old shoe which has a slimmer more feminine shape to it. I love the color and the shoe itself but not with the newer changes. So disappointed I will not be keeping these sandals and that I have to search for another sandal or sturdy flip flop:(

I have owned multiple pairs of these sandals over the years (think they "vent" in the name) and have always loved them. I generally have 2 pairs, 1 to kick around in the yard, walk the dog, dig in the dirt etc and 1 to wear in public. They were very comfortable, stayed securely on my foot and last for years; perfect for a narrow foot and the side opening allowed for the bunion I have on 1 foot. I finally wore through the sole of the sandal this summer (7+ years old?) and wanted to replace them. The sizing was perfect but the updated design are extremely uncomfortable (for me) and the soles squeaked obnoxiously. Very disappointed that Columbia decided to "update" what was previously a excellent sandal.

I had bought a previous style of Columbia shoe similar to this style several years ago and it was much more comfortable. I wish that previous style was still available. I bought the old style 7 years ago and still wear them.

I ordered another pair this year and found the sole is not as thick, you removed the arch cushion as well as the raised ridge located behind the toe area on the sole. This ridge kept my foot from sliding forward.
Please change back to the original sandal design as it was superior.

I've been buying these for many years. These new ones simply are not nearly the quality as they used to be. No more arch support, metatarsal support, and the cushioning is abysmal. These are just glorified dollar store flip flops now. There are much better sandals are there

Columbia changed how they make these sandal, I have been
Ordering them and wearing
Them for 10 plus years, you took out the arch support and they now hurt my feet, I am fortunate that I had the d style still in hand in a box as I bought several pairs every chance
I got, very disappointed

I have purchased this sandal (the Vent version) for about 2 decades. My daughters are now at the age where they wanted to purchase my "comfortable" sandal. Unfortunately it is no longer made. This is a shadow of its former self. The lack of arch support makes it a definite no for me and my daughters now. I have 8 pair of the ones with the arch support and will not be buying any more.

Styling has changed. These are not the same sandals i have worn for years. Too clunky looking. Toe box is bigger now and the strap is loose.

I have approximately 20 pair of the KEA sandal, and I buy a new pair every few years. I loved the original KEA sandal; this one, however, is very inferior. I returned them.

I had been wearing these for 2 1/2 years due to a foot injury the new product does not support my foot anymore. Like everything else they have cheapened the production on the sandal.
due to the catastrophic nature of my injury on my foot I was so satisfied with the sandal prior to Covid.

I hate these shoes...
I have purchased these same sandal's three other times over the last 10 years, last new pair purchased less than 2 years ago. These look like and feel like they are almost made out of plastic. I WAS SHOCKED when I looked at them. They look like they came from the 99cent store. MOST DEFINITELY not Colombia quality.
