These shoes have some nasty sharp edges inside. Going sockless is out of the question. I couldn't get my foot in them with a moderately padded sock so I would say they run small.

After reading all of the reviews, I ordered my size because everyone had said that the shoes ran true to size. But that is not true! The shoes were HUGE! They were at least two - three sizes too big!

I’m always looking for a comfortable shoe because I’ve have high arches, history of foot injuries and arthritis. The foot bed is cushioned well but there doesn’t seem to be much arch support. I think they’d be very comfortable for a normal foot.

I live in FL and ordered these thinking they would be light and airy which they are. They fit my orthotic just fine and were true to size but compared to the New Balance walking sneakers I ordered the day before, the NB sneakers were definitely more supportive all around, better quality and cheaper than these Propet sneakers. Disappointed to see these are Made in China which explains the quality. Don't think they are worth the price, however, I did like the color better than the NB sneakers but with the foot issues I have, I have to go with what feels more supportive. Sad to say these were returned.

These were almost a good fit for my 12N/M foot but not quite right. I also didn't like the mesh type fabric as I think they would look soiled quickly.

I usually need a 9 in an exercise shoe, but the 9 was too large. Also, heel is not narrow enough for my narrow feet.

I've been looking for a pair of white sneakers nice enough to wear with good casual pants and skirts, but I have wide, hard-to-fit feet because of bunions and hammer toes. These looked, and were, extremely comfortable. They're also attractive enough for the purpose I had in mind, and I liked it that they're well ventilated for summer. But only 2/3 of the inside placket over the toes were fully attached to the inside roof of the shoe, so that I could feel the rough edge the placket is meant to mask cutting into the tops of my toes. When I reached inside to see what was wrong, I could actually pull the placket away from the roof--in both shoes! Apparently this is how they come off the assembly line. Since I don't feel like trying to repair what the manufacturer didn't bother to take care of, I'm returning them. Very disappointed. Can't recommend.

Top of ankle area is too tall. I had to return because the top where my ankles were the sneaker was hitting my ankles. Otherwise plenty of room for toe box area.

I like them when I first put them on but after a while the toe box pushes my bunion in and my foot hurts for days. I didn't connect it until the other day when I started wearing them more. They are cute but not functional. I have to return them.

Narrow width felt snug around the middle of my foot, however the shoe was too long and my foot was sliding forward. Had to return.

Support under the ball of the foot is minimal, and I had intense pain after wearing 30 minutes. I don’t recommend to anybody with Morton’s Neuroma.

I wear an ankle foot brace due to foot drop. The style is nice for an athletic shoe but too clunky for me overall with the brace and all.

The shoes are described as "stability". I notice that the sole is a bit wider than the shoe and it felt somewhat odd during the try on.

Very disappointed in quality of material construction that Proper has become. i've wore Proper for years. This pair & the other I order are being return the inside material is no longer sew just glued together and was already coming apart out the box. Disgusted $90 shoes glued not sewed. the toe box material was already coming apart inside shoe right where nail would rub. they were long enough, width OK, some arch support,

These sneakers are hard and stiff. I bought them because they were light-weight, and they are, but the don't bend with your foot so you end up stomping around.

Fit well, and was very comfortable when new. However I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the durability. After three months of moderate-walking daily wear, the heel padding was worn through in spots, in less than a year they wore out too much to be comfortable anymore (the structural part of the shoe rubbing directly on my heel with padding absolutely gone). I've had much cheaper shoes last much longer. Won't be buying these again, though I would gladly have made them my go-to staple shoes if they just lasted long enough to make sense to bother with.
