The fit was fine, but there was no arch support. Even though it looks like the sole would be soft it was not. There is no give or cushion in the foot bed of the shoe.

Though I ordered the widest width, I could not get my toes comfortably into the shoes! I cannot comment on if the shoe was true to size or on the arch support. It was definitely narrower than marked. Otherwise, I liked the look of the shoe. Thankfully Zappos return policy is a good one.

The sole of the shoe was too narrow.

I got a black pair, size 5 normal width. Other Propet shoes have fit well in this size. This pair were distinctly too long and too narrow, felt like a 6a instead of a 5b. Additionally, the footbed was completely flat with no cushion or arch support at all. On top of that, the shoes had a strong chemical smell. Returned immediately

Love the shoes which join several other pairs of Propets in my closet. Will replace a navy pair that are about worn out. Probably would have liked these new ones even better if they were a darker blue but I keep telling myself the color is denim so that's ok. Propets are the only shoes I've ever had which are very comfortable from the first moment you put them on.

Length 7 1/2 was perfect I have slim width AAA the AA fit well with a pad innersole. The only issue is they slip in heel when walking. I use them indoors on the treadmill so far it isn't a big issue!!!

Foot support started diminishing quickly and the elastic laces were cheaply made.

Fit was fine; but there was simply not enough cushion in the ball of foot area. After wearing them for around half an hour, my metatarsal arches ached, even though I wore my orthopedic arches in the shoe. Have to return. Too bad; it's hard to find athletic shoes that come in Narrow sizes!

Run large. No support! Cute style. Wish they worked. Returned.

These are really nice looking and I wanted them to fit, but I usually take a 4E and these were a 2E and I couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe. I have naturally wide feet and a bad bunion. Oh well, sent them back. Thank you Zappos for a great return policy.

I liked the look of the shoe and it fit fine but there wasn't much padding on the footbed. The older I'm getting the less cushion my feet have on their own and the more I look for in my shoes.

Not enough support. Not wide enough across ball of foot.

material was scratchy on my feet

I was expecting issues to be a lot more cushy & comfortable than they were, based on the reviews that I read. That was the main reason I bought them. My old ASICS have more cushion in the heel than these. I returned them.

This is a comfortable shoe that is easy to get on and off. It has less cushion than a running/ walking shoe. Unfortunately, I have had the shoes for 6 months and the inside heel has already worn in both shoes leaving a hard piece to now stick out uncomfortably. The bottom tread on a portion of one shoe has also fallen off. I am sorry to see these haven't lasted longer as these are decent slip-ons.

The fit and size were fine however the right shoe arrived with an arrow to show damage. This was the only pair in my size and color. I phoned customer service, they gave me a discount but I was surprised that the shoe was sent out in that condition.

Shoes are so light weight, they are a true narrow with adjustable strings, insole comes out so I can add my orthodics, did not feel stable for my foot, i kept them because I will use them since they are so light and not bulky for riding my bike.

Tan color is a nice change from the ubiquitous black or grey. Narrow width runs wide in heel area. End of trim on both shoes not finished where edges meet the vamp.

Have never bought this brand of shoe but needed something wider for my bunion. This shoe is not wide. My bunion was very uncomfortable. returned shoes. The HOKA medium shoe is wider than this wide. shoe.

I wear an 8 wide on my duckie feet and I could tell when I took them out of the box they were too narrow. I thought maybe I had been sent the wrong size, but they were just narrow.

It was narrower than a 2x and the seams inside were bothersome when I wore them. Very cute shoe and I was excited to get them but they were too uncomfortable.

Toes more squashed than the many other pairs I bought of this shoe. Sole is falling apart way too soon. The rubber strips are lifting off. I would return but they are now out of stock in the wide width I need. Bummed. These are my everyday shoes I have most colors.

the lace part of this shoe is very odd- after you adjust it to the right fit there is a large loop hanging on the shoe front. The first time I tried them this loop caught on the underneath of the counter and I almost went down! is this elastic piece supposed to hang there or am I missing something?

They look nice enough just way too short!
