These are so cute, but they slipped on my heel. I normally wear an 8.5 WW. The 8 4E seemed to be a tad too long.

The shoe seemed to be very large.

Lovely style, snappy and young. It just did not work for my widewide flat feet w poor gait, plantar fasciitis and neuropathy....still looking for a slip with a back on it. Easy Spirit has the best slip on shoes, Traveltime...wide / ww...great arch, solid feeling and big toe box but I need something now w a heel sometimes. This Propet felt loose on the side, no structure or that feeling of frame.

Had a bizarre experience with these shoes. Both were marked 9.5, but one shoe was visibly smaller by at least half an inch. Very strange.

The left shoe had a large gap right under the inside ankle bone.

Disappointed. Just all over to snug. No arch support at all. Although they looked like a nice shoe, they did not feel or look like an upscale shoe. Decided they were not worth the price with so many negatives.

Shoes were very tight fitting. I always take a size 7 M. I did not exchange for a 7 1/2 for fear they would then be to big. Because they lacked any arch support at all and did not fit as a 7M usually does, I did not think they were worth the price. Not a sturdy or well constructed shoe for the price.

Bought these for a light travel shoe with support. They have No support, run short and several orthotics I have tried do not fit. Very disappointed.

Way too big!! At least a full size. And not even close to being narrow. Shocking that the sizing can be off that much, I expect more from Zappos.

As I write this review, I am wearing the identical shoe I bought at least 10 yrs. ago. I have problem (narrow) feet & cannot wear slippers so I use these as my house shoes. They fit well & have held up great. Since they are getting stretched out, I thought I'd get a new pair. It's a totally different shoe. I knew as soon as I opened the box, they were too wide. Also, they're about a 1/4" shorter in length. That's a shame because due to my narrow foot it is so hard to find a slip-on that fits well.

This shoe is huge, at least a full size too big, maybe more, and there is NO WAY it's a narrow size. I can't even begin to tell you about comfort or arch support because it literally falls off my foot.

This was disappointing. I bought a second pair of these shoes because the first pair worked so well. These arrived in a plastic bag, no box, no labels, no invoice. These definitely were not unworn; they're stretched out a bit and have a faint odd odor. I was concerned when I saw these came from a return center. Zappos needs to be more transparent about selling previously worn items.

Returned this item as it did not fit at all. It was obviously another size - at least a full size larger. I was disappointed as it's a style I like.

These are cute but it seems they run a whole size too big. I had ordered my regular size and a half size down, but both were too long.

They were really cute and I hated to see them go. I ordered narrow but were still too wide

I have returned a few pairs within the last month

I have a 4W foot. I have bought propet sandals for the last 5 to 6 years and purchased slip on sneakers. I have noticed that 4W is not 4W anymore. If I compare sandals to older ones they are much narrower. I feel saddened by this because this is the ONLY place I have found shoes and sandals to fit. Thx Diane

I ordered theis same shoe several months ago in a size 9N, but it was too short. So I decided to order a 91/2N hoping it would fit fine, but too my surprise it too was too short my toe was hiting the end of the shoe. I don't understand this ???. So I have to return it.to my sorrow.
