Je pensai que Salomon c'?tait que pour le Trail mais en fait cette Sonic m'a tr?s agr?ablement surpris avec une tr?s bonne filtration des vibrations. Elle est bien adapt?e pour un coureur occasionnel comme moi qui a une foul?e "attaque talon"

I purchased a pair of these to train on tarmac. The cushioning is fantastic with the new VIBE technology. Really looking forward to putting the miles in wearing these during the week so that I can hit the trails at the weekend! The shoe has a nice close fit with a soft and comfortable upper. Highly recommend these.

I'm a retired airline pilot, and these days work for fun at a scuba & winter sports shop in retirement. I'm on my feet all day, on hard floors, running back and forth through the shop helping customers. Heretofore, I have had BootDoc custom insoles made for my work shoes -- the work great at improving the sole, but you have to start with the best foundation (a great shoe) to start with. SO, I ordered the RA MAX 2, and have not needed to pull the factory insole and insert a BootDoc custom made insole. The RA MAX 2 is an out of the box, off the shelf INCREDIBLE shoe. I've never had a shoe good enough to take the time to write a review on, but this time thought I would share with folks looking for a well built, well balanced shoe that I just love. No, I didn't receive a dime for the review - hope you enjoy your pair like I enjoy mine.

Nie spodziewa?em si?, ?e Salomon zrobi tak dobre buty na asfalt. Najbardziej jestem zadowolony z amortyzacji i tego jaki ten but jest przewiewny. Lekkie, ze standardowym dropem, ?wietne dopasowanie, dobrze trzymana pi?ta - wszystko czego trzeba na trening na twardej drodze.

I love the fit and comfort of Salomon trail runners, backpacking boots, and winter boots so when I learned about Salomon road running shoes I decided to give them a try. Very happy with them. Have had them about two months and run in them 3-4 days a week. They are very comfortable. I like the extra cushioning in the MAX 2 for my well used knees. So far no complaints.

J'ai achet ces chaussure il y a 2 mois. L'adaptation a t instantane sans aucune blessure aux pieds. J'adore la capacit d'absorbtion de cette chaussure trs confortable.

I had the RA MAX and the RA MAX is a nice update. The mesh used on the shoes looks like it will last longer than what was used on the original. It also allows the shoe to accomodate you feet as they swell with later miles. The feel and responsiveness of the shoes is spot on. Definitely recommend giving them a try

I've been running for the last 3 + years and worn Salomon trainers and theses are the best pair so far! Blue is my colour, and the tread/ cushioning give a spring in my step, so good I've bought the sonic pro 2 too

Solid training shoe. Great ride and cushioning. A lot of stability for such a light shoe.

No need to break in, bought 2 months ago , trained and run a half marathon with no issues.

The MAX version has thicker padding around the heel/anke and structure around the toes that make it hold your foot more securely than the regular Sonic RA. Add in the extra cushioning in the sole, and it lives up to the "plush structure" title. The structure around the toes does make me wish I had realized my need for another 1/2 size up before I took them out, but they are still serving me well.

The Salomon Sonic RA Max is a solid and well built road shoe that provides great cushioning, comfort, stability (not that it is not a true stability shoe), and traction. The shoe is not as narrow as Salomon's trail shoes which means that the Max 2 will work best for average to almost-wide feet. This is particularly noticeable in the mid-foot and toe-box. After 100 miles in the shoe, I find that it works great on my slower-recovery runs but tends to be a bit clunky and not responsive enough for faster-tempo runs. I also find the non-Max version (Sonic RA 2) to be more responsive for faster runs however, the collar on the Max is SOOOOooo much more comfortable and does not rub into your achilles heel. I do recommend breaking in the shoe before run with it as I developed a couple small blisters on the outside of my big toes, but note that the rubbing went away after about 30-40 miles of use. In short, I found the shoe to be functional yet unexciting. That doesn't mean that I wouldn't recommend it. At it's price point, it's competitively priced and you get a lot of shoe with great engineering.

Despues de tres salidas haciendo rodajes largos, estoy encantado. Son perfectas si quieres unas zapatillas para hacer rodajes largos a ritmos suaves (5-5:30/km o m?s lentos). Muy amortiguadas y c?modas. Tengo pie un poco ancho y con esta zapatilla, en tema horma, sin problema.
