The foot size itself fits true but calf is too narrow. I have never ever had problems with boots not fitting my calf but this was tight and I’m small and petite (this was WITHOUT jeans on). I tried it with jeans and I couldn’t even put my foot in. Also it bunches up in the ankles and doesn’t look good. I hate having to return but will have to

This is a great over the knee boot. I didn't have any problems putting these over skinny jeans and they look great and very comfortable.

i usually love Sam Edelman shoes, but was a bit disappointed with this boot. it fit nicely on the foot and was comfortable, but was wider than usual around the shaft, and it barely reached the knee, the fabric on the shaft was very loose too. i think it would be great for a shorter person (I'm 5.11) and maybe with wider lower leg so it fits snug

There was some former customer's dirty sock stuck inside the boot I tried on!! Kind of gross and disappointing for Zappos.

The overall look is great. This brand runs small, I had another pair of booties that I had to return. Both pair were wide width.

I read the reviews. They're going back. The boots feel uncomfortable because the go way above the knee. I ordered the 7W too

Love them... I am a 8.5 went with the 9M and it fits perfectly. Very stretchy

Boots were very comfortable at first but as the night went on I did get blisters from them. Second and third wearings have been more comfortable. Very fashionable too. The stretchy fabric would allow a wide calf, if needed.

This is a great looking boot but if you're short like me I probably wouldn't recommend this boot. I'm about 5'3" and this boot was a little too tall but not in a good way. The leather gathers at the ankle which doesn't look good and I felt like the Tin man when I tried to walk in them, so I guess you could say they were a little stiff. Quite frankly, I think this boot is made for someone who is taller than I am.

Neither the 7M nor the 7W were for me. The came too high above the knee for me.

Love this sleek shoe! It fit perfectly! I will say that I do have thinner than average legs. Also, I am 5’4” and it it hit perfectly, but I’d imagine if you were shorter, these may be uncomfortable. But they look so good!!! Such a great over the knee boot!

I‘m absolutely in love with my new shoes! The look even better than described! At first it took a little bit of walking to break them in, but so far I have no complaints. They are definitely thigh high, but super sexy at the same time. Fit perfectly over my calves. I’m a thick girl (176lbs muscular build) so I definitely recommend getting wide. Love my shoes!

Really cute boot! Wish it was a little taller but I am 6'3 so can't quite get the length Id love, however it is a great boot! Like the combination suede on the front and other material on the back- the shaft is perfect and it stays up!

I’m usually a 9.5 but the reviews said to size up which is perfect. I don’t have thin calves. These pulled on easily and stay up. Style is really cute and comfortable on the first wearing. Details make them look more expensive than they were. Beautiful fabrics and overall great boot.

I would size up a 1/2 size. I'm a 9M and needed to order a 9.5W and will put inserts in them as they have zero cushion, BUT are so cute and are similar to the Stuart Weitzman boots for such a great cost! I would recommend getting these.

I am 5'10" and these only went to mid kneecap, which looked weird. Cute for a shorter person.

These boots are really cute but the calf is way to wide all the way up through the end up the boot, making it look cheap and slouchy. Do not recommend if you have narrow/ medium calves.
