I typically wear an 8.5 but my feet are wide. I bought the size 9 and it fits great. I probably could have bought the 8.5 as these are very roomy but I like them and wanted to wear them right away. I especially like the lug sole which is very helpful during the winter months. Walking on cold & snowy asphalt makes my feet very cold in standard boots.

LOVE these boots! Highly recommend. These boots are perfect. Stylish, comfortable and weather proof. The fact that Zappos delivers next day FREE is the icing on the cake.

A bit larger but comfortable with warm socks. Love the look and seem to hold us well in the snow and rain.

Very stylish but the 9 was too large for me. I have thin feet and I would have had to wear a thick orthotic to take up the extra room. Maybe the next size down would have worked, but I found some Chaco’s that fit perfectly, also waterproof, with great arch support built in.

I'm usually a size 10 - I like a little room in my shoes. These felt true to size. I need a round or more square toe box and these are almost almond which makes my toes feel like they are being pushed inward. The style is very nice. I love the stripe on the back. The lug sole is flexible and very comfortable, but there is no arch support. My arch collapses the leather and makes the boot look unattractive. The real problem is with my feet, not the shoe.

This shoe works great for winter commuting in the city but still looks stylish enough to not have to switch out when getting to your destination. My only issue is that they are difficult to get on until they are a little broken in. A zipper in the back would have been a little easier.

Feels true to size. Nice leather and quality!

My foot is slightly wider than average and I love wearing cotton socks I had plenty of room and no slipping of the heel. The boot is also much lighter weight than I thought it would be. Rubber sole makes for a quiet step, no loud clomping about!

I'm a tts 8.5 and these were huge. I didn't find them too narrow, but they were at least an inch too long in the toebox, and looked comically large. Sizing down would have been too tight in the midfoot, I think. Overall, couldn't fix it with socks. Sent them back.

I'm keeping them because they are the most stylish waterproof suede Chelsea boot I could find. But they definitely run long and narrow in the toe. I have narrow feet and my 4th toe and pinky feel squished. Hoping they stretch a little as they break in. Besides that they are comfortable and cute!

Beautiful boots but they are just a bit too narrow. You also have to pull them on and the tab on the back is absolutely no help.

This is a beautiful boot, but where it hits me at the front of my shinbone is uncomfortable. I forgot about that short boot phenomenon, so I am returning them but "It's not you, it's me!"
