Perfect fit. Get 'em. I use 'em for paragliding and keeping the sun off the skin and I love 'em. They sit high on the wrist with a clean velcro closure. Off to order another pair now. :)

I'd never worn glove while paddling before, but after a short trip that resulted in some blisters, I decided to give these a try before a week long canoe trip. Extremely glad I did. They do a great job protecting from blisters, without interfering at all with how I would normally paddle. No change when they got wet. Only used them in weather where they were comfortable, I would not expect them to add a lot of warmth, but they should block the wind and protect from cold water somewhat. I'll buy another pair when these give out.

I bought these gloves for canoe paddling and they work great. Fit is comfortable and prevented blisters. When wet, they perform as well as when dry.

I love these gloves. From fall canoeing in the BWCA to working in black spruce swamps on the canadian border, these are the perfect amount of warmth for fall and spring, but also are also thin enough to wear in summer if you need the protection. Great for when you still need to be able to use your fingers for fine tasks, or use a smart phone. So far they seem really durable.

True to size. I have small hands so it's tough to find paddle gloves that fit. These are my second type of paddling gloves from OR and love them!

I bought these for kayaking in the Pac NW. The fit guide was easy to use and the fit is perfect. They are comfortable and give my hands the protection they needed. They provide protection from sun and also from wind, though not when wet. They aren't billed as gloves to provide warmth and, as expected they don't. But they do just what they say and are just what I needed.

These gloves partner well with the Wooly Sensor Liner and together make the ultimate high dexterity cold weather cycling glove. Keeps your hands warm while still able to use your brake levers, shifters and grab your water bottle without feeling bulky. Awesome!

These full fingered gloves are quite comfortable to wear and the XL's are sized right for my large hands. They are great for kayaking, offering a good bit of warmth and good flexibility. I also use the OR fingerless sun gloves for the paddling in midsummer and both gloves do great in keeping the blisters at bay. Recommended!

Comfortable and dexterous. Great for any paddle sport. I've used them once or twice biking as well and although not padded like bike gloves, they've been versatile and grippy enough for it.

I have been using these for packrafting in mild conditions in Central Oregon and have been very happy to find that OR's excellence in gloves extends into the paddling market.

If you are a whitewater paddler: these will do very little to keep your hands warm. They are very protective against blisters, and are great all around gloves. Would not recommend if you are looking for a dedicated warm glove, look for something thicker and more neoprene based.

Overall nice gloves, ideal for water sports like kayaking. They remain comfortable when wet and they dry reasonably well. Don't expect too much warmth as they are not insulated, but they do protect from the wind to a surprising degree. Great protection from the sun. I normally wear XL gloves, but their size chart suggested a size large... which was too tight. In the end, size XL was the right one, but their size chart was off. The reason I took off a star is that their durability is questionnable; I ended up with a hole and a ripped seam after a weekend of use. OR guarantee being excellent, they replaced the defective glove. Still recommendable, especially that they fit a niche with very little alternative options.

Been using gloves a month for withewater paddling on Montana rivers. Seem to be holding up so far but will see after a full summer season of paddling. Gloves will work for late spring/summer paddling.

I used these gloves in 50 degree, wet conditions and my hands were very cold. The material on the back is very thin and offers almost no insulative value. Construction quality seemed to be good.

Gloves have an unfortunately-placed seam that runs right across the inside of the base of the thumb, exactly where you'd hold a kayak paddle. Discomfort within minutes.
