Size is not accurate compared to previously purchased crocs (5 pair!)

The didn't fit, even though it is my shoe size

Hurt my feet

During purchase, statement said that shipping was free but then I was charged shipping. Very unhappy with that aspect. Shoes are very comfortable and deserve a 5.

Pulled apart around strap

These sandals don't work for me. They somehow twist my left foot and it really hurts my foot. Considering my purchase history, I'd appreciate if you reimburse me once I send back. I can't wear them. Thanks!

Not comfortable fit.

Love the shoes, but I ordered these 4/8/2020. Broke between the toe 9/9/2020. I love the Crocs brand!

I did not like these at all, very stuff and too clunky.

I love the way they look, but mine came unattached/broken. I hate sending things back.

I bought this pair and they are a lot narrower than the pair I purchased in 2019. The reason I loved the flip flops so much, they had lots of room and feel like your foot has lots of support. Not so much on my purchase that I am about to return....very disappointed.

The soles are hard as a rock. Thought they would be more comfortable

I have never had this much problem with ANYTHING I have ever ordered. First of all I ordered ladies for sale price...was charged FULL price. Ordered men's of same kind....Sale price ...was charged FULL PRICE and one of his shoes was a larger size. I have over $80 bucks in two pair of flip flops and cannot get credit!! Must be some kind of scam!!!! I have tried with Crocs many times and they tell me to go through PayPal Can't get credit either place

I have been wearing croc sandals for a few years and got a pair of new reviva's and the strap pulled out of the sole after about 2-3 months, never had an issue will any other croc product, unfortunately didn't save receipt and the local croc store would not replace even though it was evident that they were relatively new

Toe thong is too far back, which pushes your heel off the back of this otherwise correctly sized sole. My guess is that is why these were on such a good sale. Surely Crocs knew this but did not advise on the product page. The hassle of having to return re-enforces my feeling that it is not worth it to buy shoes online. I love the other Crocs I have but will be unsubscribing from future Crocs promo mail.

Bad purchase. There's no comparison to the Athens. The Rivieras are way too small next to the Athens. Put both side by side and you can see that the Rivieras are smaller. Plus the strap going over the top of foot has no resistance to help keep the sandal in place, maybe because they run so small and it ends up being being so stretched out. Unfortunately I ordered during their sale which said "no returns" on clearance sale items. Also disappointed that I had to wait the extra days due to the "significant interest in Croc's most recent online sale", making the delivery late by several days for something that didn't fit. Order a size up!
