I ordered the Alya in perforated leather and also the smooth black leather. The smooth leather model fits perfectly. Howevever the perf model slips on my heel and gaps at the sides when I walk. Unfortunately, they will be returned despite being stylish and cute on my foot. The smooth leather version is a keeper.

I typically wear size 7 in shoes. These Naturalizer Alyas are really cute, but they are waaay too narrow in the toe area and too large in the heel. I got them to wear when I go to Switzerland this summer, but there is no way I can wear them. I did read all the reviews before buying. Very disappointing!

These shoes are very narrow. I ordered a wide and they are narrower than most medium width shoes. Returning them.

The shoes themselves are so cute and the leather is soft. The shoe are way too small for me.

very narrow fit, but I think that's standard for all Naturalizers, as I have booties that I love in a 9W, and I never take a wide in anything. I tried these in a 9, 9W, and 9.5, and as another reviewer noted, the perf model gaps when walking, but my issue was that I would need to try a 9.5W, but I just didn't feel like trying anymore...

I am so disappointed--the shoes were beautiful BUT 7AA was too large and Ican't return them as I put things in my heel--but no help. Sorry, I have always had such good luck with your shoes.

Comfy right out of the box. I regularly have to break in the heel or stretch out new pairs of shoes. I can immediately tell this will not be needed with these. The heel rise is low enough that it doesn't hurt my Achilles tendons, nor ride up against my ankle. But it does rise high enough to avoid slipping. My feet are somewhat wider than an average «M», but not a full «W». So these are just snug enough at the sides to feel like they are "on", without giving me a grip of death. I feel like these will be comfortable for all-day walking without distress. Not quite as round a toe box as I prefer, but that's not the shoe's fault; my choice. Now I have a lovely white pair of flats again to wear with jeans in warmer months.

I love this shoe because it has the comfort of a sneaker but the style and slip-on ease of a flat. My regular size 10 M was too big, but the 9 1/2 M fit well and looked great.

These are soft and comfortable. However I did need to size up if I wanted to be able to wear trouser socks. Overall (other than sizing up) these are great. Bought 2 pair.

I have tried on several styles of Naturalizer shoes. I am always a 12M. But my foot was swimming in the 12M in this style! I went down to an 11M and they fit perfectly so I would say these run a whole size larger. The leather is soft and thought the style is basic, it’s a good staple shoe.

I have a slightly wide foot and ordered the 7 1/2 W and they fit me like a dream. The leather is soft and the style is cute, so I'll be ordering this Alya in another color.

I usually wear a 10 N. It was much too big. Zappos suggested a 9N. It was perfect. I ordered it in the pewter instead of my normal black. I love them was was so glad Zappos helped me out. I can't wait for Spring to wear my beautiful, new shoes.

These are very pretty but much too large for me. I think I should have gotten a narrow width. I’m going to try inserts with them because they don’t have the narrow width. If that doesn’t work, I will return them.

I realize that my foot is too fat for this style shoe. I need something along the line of loafers. Beautiful shoes!

Loved it but will have to exchange for a half size larger.

I ordered a 9.5M instead of my usual 10M, and the smaller size fit well. The shoe was comfortable, but the style was just a little too plain. So I am returning them.

I ordered these in a 12M and my foot was swimming in them! They were wide and long. I’ve ordered an 11M and hope they fit. The leather is very soft and comfortable. The style is pretty basic, but it’s a good staple shoe!

Stylish flat. Unfortunately had to return them - the top openings cut right arcoss the joints of my big toes - painfully uncomfortable for me.

For years I wore Naturalizers so I was really disappointed. I initially ordered the 10, returned that and ordered the 9.5. That too was too large and too wide even though I've always worn 9.5 N. I was sorry to have to return it and order another brand.

Definitely not a narrow shoe. Cute color, but I fell right out of it the first time I put it on.

Was very disappointed. One shoe was so stretched out on both sides. The other shoe fit. They are not attractive; prettier as pictured than in reality.

These shoes looked and felt very cheap. I have never seen an insole like the ones in these shoes. Everything about these shoes are just extremely cheap!

I have worn Naturalizers for many years, these were terrible. The sizing is unbelievable, I wear a 71/2 N these felt like an 81/2 medium. I was very disappointed.
