Are used to love this shoe I wore it all the time but when you changed it to memory foam it ruined the shoe it hurts my feet I can only be in the shoe maybe an hour the memory foam is not the way to go because once you've worn it for a month the memory foam is gone please bring back the old arch

I am a nurse, bought for work. Too stiff and slips on my heel. Would have had a blister in no time.

The shoe is not as comfortable as previously purchased shoes.

La primera vez que compr unas skechers fue en una tienda fsica y qued muy satisfecha con el producto y la atencin. Por esta razn, he confiado en comprar esta marca por la web oficial. Lo nico bueno del servicio ha sido que el paquete ha llegado bastante rpido y que la talla es la adecuada. Por lo dems estoy decepcionada, parece que sean una imitacin del producto. Como se ve en las fotos no tiene los detalles de charol, ni el brillante en la "i" de D'lites, ni el brillo del taln. Adems los colores de las letras de la plantilla no coinciden, y las letras de SKECHERS de la parte de detrs son totalmente DIFERENTES. Tambin el producto est muy mal acabado, piezas del diseo que no encajan, se ve pegamento por muchas partes... Y no s si es normal por el tipo de calzado pero el taln se sale muy fcilmente de la zapatilla (y una talla menor me apretara los dedos). An as, por el momento tendr paciencia y confianza en qu la reclamacin se gestionar de manera adecuada y profesional ya que, como he dicho anteriormente, he recibido muy buen trato y el producto ha sido excelente en otras ocasiones.

I usually only buy Skechers products. This was a big disappointment. One shoe was bigger than the other and I have a hard time finding my size as it is. I like to wear them for walking. I will try again. I have to order online because stores do not carry my size. That is also disappointing.

Ich habe zum 2 mal bestellt, dass 1 mal top und das 2 mal Flop schlechte Qualitt. Schaden am Schuh wurde mit Tipex bermalt.

Memory foam is horrible, it feels like you're walking in wet shoes, they're not comfortable at all!!!! They slide off your feet while walking. I use these shoes as part of my uniform on a daily basis. I was told that skechers may no longer make women's premium classic sketchers. I'm going ti be horribly disappointed if that's true. I will no longer buy skechers sneakers, I will start to use another brand!!!!! I've found the premiums on another site and much cheaper than the skechers store. And yes they are skechers sneakers. And I was charged the full price when I bought them on sale, very , very disappointed!!!! Thank you. LorettaA.

the worst shoe I've bought

The back of the shoe is not high enough to support back of my foot.

First day I wore these shoes was an all day affair and by the late afternoon my feet were KILLING me! These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. I have owned Skechers in the past and have LOVED them, however these have turned me off buying any more.

I own a lot of Skechers because I love the memory foam footbeds ... a few pairs of lace-ups, a couple of slip-ons and 3 pairs of boots. I originally purchased this shoe in the beautiful & colourful Runway Ready model, in the size I normally wear. After wearing them for a few weeks of gradually increasing discomfort, I realized that the shape of this shoe is significantly different than the others I own and it was too short and too narrow in my usual size. By that point I couldn't return them, but I went to a store and tried to find a wide version with no luck. I thought they might have more options online, and discovered a style I liked in a half size larger and the wide version so ordered them - I loved the black patent trim on this model. I was hugely disappointed to receive the order and find they sent me something completely different ... just a plain black shoe. I contacted Customer Service and they told me to check the style number on the tongue - maybe the wrong pair was in the box? No such luck, the style number on the shoe and box were both correct. My conclusion is that the photo on the website does NOT represent the shoe, I am returning them and have had no further help or support from Customer Service. Very sad experience.

I have returned the shoes which has not been easy dealing with your departments no one has called after numerous request by email. the foam goes to the toe in one shoe the other is missing two inches of shoe to toe. defective. I bought five pairs in your store this time i decided to buy on line as your store has limited supplies in size 11. but i will never buy direct again especially since it cost me additional 15.00 to return them. I will not recommed the website ever

This shoe is nothing like the shape-ups I've had for years. I have had probably 10 pairs of shape-ups over the years but will not purchase anymore sketcher tennis shoes.

poor fit uncomfortable, I have many sketchers ,that I have worn on my job ,never had this problem,before buying these

I am going on a trip overseas and needed a good walking show. I have worn Sketchers before and love them but this particular make was tight on my toe. As soon as I slipped on the shoe I felt the pressure on my toe. The shoe did not provide the room needed in the toe area. I did not have on any socks. I would not be able to walk anywhere with the pressure on my big toe.
